Short description of abilities:

- Psychic Resistance: Aimi has the ability to resist the psychic influence of Luis Reyes. This does not appear to be a total mental block as other psychics, such as Emma Frost can still communicate with her telepathically.

- Enhanced Strength: While not to the extent of other mutants with Super Strength, Aimi has been shown to be capable of breaking through damaged pavements and rooftops in order to access the spaces beneath without doing herself any noticeable harm.

- Enhanced Acrobatics: As above, while not seemingly in the league of other mutants with this power, Aimi has shown a great jumping and climbing ability, capable of jumping more than twice her height and landing safely from far greater. She has also been shown shimmying along thin edges with impressive speed considering the situation.

- Shadow Matter: User has the ability to create near-indestructible, otherworldly constructs out of a substance which acts as both Matter and Energy, but at the same time being neither one. Users can change ether into tools, objects, weapons and other items, create semi-living constructs and/or create structures/buildings of varying permanence. - Shadow Matter: Shadow Matter not only plays a part in forming an offensive attack, it can be utilized defensively as well. When striking opponents, the Matter forms invisible blades that slice away at anyone in front of you, striking swiftly without weighing down the mutant who's using them. It also enables heightened reflexes for the character, allowing them to strike multiple opponents at once or dish out concentrated damage on someone they're locked on to. If you prefer to escape a fight, you can use Shadow Matter to accelerate your character, running out of a situation or moving quickly through an area, should something unexpected be happening. - Shadow Matter:
- Basic combos
- Triangle: Uppercut dash - you slide a good distance forward with an uppercut from your blades - good for mobility early in the game and to close gaps
- Square + Triangle: A normal hit followed by an upper-cut kick - found this to be too narrow for my liking, often misses
- Square + Square + Triangle: two slashes, followed by an acrobatic kick and a heaving downward slam - good damage for a single enemy
- Square + Square + Square + Triangle: very stylish combo, three quick strikes, followed by a 360 degree phase blade attack where the character disappears - very useful against grunts.

- 1st power choice:
- Shadow grab: essentially pulls enemies towards to you - not very useful really in this game. Higher levels spawn more tentacles

- Shadow slam: grab enemies in a whirlwind of blades, at the highest level, slam them after the spin (and has more range) (I chose this)

- 2nd power choice (Passive):
- Leech health: chance to infect enemies, and infected enemies give health - sounds good, but need higher levels to have higher chance to infect enemies, really not game breaking, hardly get siphons in this game (I chose this)

- Shadow dash: Gives you longer range and invulnerability on your triangle dash - seems pretty useless too, you have better combos - but i may be wrong, someone may have found it useful

- 3rd power choice:
- Infinity rift: This is awesome. At max level, you get 12 teleport slashes, very cool ability that uses 2 power bars. High damage, massive range, and will do all 12 attacks on one enemy if there is only one around! (I chose this) - best power IMO

- Phase out: You basically become invulnerable and deal damage to enemies in your path - not as cool as inifinity rift

- Final power (Ultra move):
- Demon of Death: You become a demonic being flying in the air, square basically makes you do a dive swoop which does massive damage and multi hit. Upgrading this gives you more time in demon form.

- From personal experience: able to manipulate shadows and seemingly dark matter to create stuff from it like blades or jump into shadows and create attacks from within it, even able to become shadows for a limited time, I will expend a little on it to stuff that was not possible in the game but is part of this power (such as teleportation which was seen in the powers intro video but not usable in game)
