**DARK OUTBREAK-HELL on EARTH** _First of all, I started writing this documentary for a reason. People have to know what is SNBCSR Facility and what's going on there. I won't reveal my name. Some writers reached some information about Facility years ago, and they got silenced. Newspapers got cencored, web sites shut down by government. I can't die before I finish my work and publish it completly. This web site .............. .................. ...................................................... .................. ....................... ..._ _The Secret Nuclear, Biological, Chemical, Space Research Facility, aka Special Research Facility, established in 1940, in Rureland City. The facility had six levels at the first time. Three levels on ground and three levels underground. Today, Facility has 18 levels. 6 levels on ground and 12 levels underground. It's not just along building, it's also very large. Facility levels are A-B-C-D-E-F on the ground. Underground levels are: .............., X-6, .................., X-8, .................._ _The Facility's main mission is, researching, containing and securing secrets. With secrets, I mean all kind of secrets. They create a biological weapon and secure it, they find anomalus material and they secure it, they find a sign of life at Mars, and they "secure" it. They secure both the material and information. There are working principles in Facility. First, every scientist can only know the projects they work on. A chemical scientsit can only know projects he works on. He can't know other chemical projects. Only administration has knowledge and access to every project._ _Let's go back to past. A space ship, shot down in 1947 by Army. General ............ ................ confirmed the Facility gave exact coordinates of the ship and aircrafts used for shot-down mission. Soldiers were shocked when they found the ship wreckage. There were 5 alien bodies, three were dead. Sergeant ........... .............. said, those life forms were completly non-human. Non-Humanoid alien ship taken by Facility, soldiers got paid to keep their mouth shut. This Alien form named as .................... by Facility. The Facility secured and contained the aliens. Aliens got questioned. They also took part in experiments. The technology found on ship got used by Facility, and NASA used it to land on Moon. Even NASA didn't know about it._ _In 1973, there was a Chemical leakage in Rureland City. 3.000 died, 6.000 affacted by chemicals. It was different material developped by Facility. Other than 9.000 people, 300 were missing. Reporter .................. ............ said, they saw corpses in the forest. Corpses were complete grey, their eyes were bigger and whiter, and their fingers were longer than normal. Government Cencorship and silencing operation happened after that. A scientist and reporter got killed in their own house. The scientist gave some information to reporter, and signed her own death sentence._ _In 1984, Facility found a yellow material. It was radioactive and it wasn't from earth. It was complete new element. The tests on material caused "1984 Incident". During the incident, electricity was completly gone in Rureland City. 18 citizen reported they saw flying humanoid monstorous figures, 53 citizens reported they saw one-eyed humanoids with tails running around and attacking people, 6 reported giant parasites attacking people. Those 77 Citizen, taken to Asylum. 51 of them "suicided" in Asylum. The truth behind these incidents, the material opened portals to another dimension. The dimension named as .................. Dimension. For two months, army patrolled on streets and many gunshots heard. The creatures captured alive were taken to facility. It wasn't supposed to happen like it, but the material was too dangerous. 4 Scientists worked on the project got silenced because of this incident._ _In 1997, Facility released a virus for a test. 500 people in Rureland City got caught by Virus. Victims were completly mindless. The "Forced Mutation Virus" aka FMV, FOM Virus, was a secret project. It was the first level and causing loss of thinking ability. The victims got violent after three days. There was lockdown in whole city. The test was succesful, the virus could spread fastly. After first 500 victims, there were another 5.500 victims. Infected Victims, killed 400 citizen, some were eaten alive. During lockdown, Army patrolled streets and many gunshots heard. 42 soldiers died._ _These are very very very few things that facility did. I'll try to share every project of Facility._ _And Today, 12 March 2015, something happened. It seems like it's the Mutation Virus again, but it can't be the only thing. The Facility has too many things inside of it, and in the future, all of them going to spread all around the world. The government will try to silence whole facility, but they can't do it. It's impossible. The facility will try to lockdown itself and keep up working._ _I'm .................. ..............., and it's the first part of my Documentary. Finally a Horror Rp!. So i'm guessing they locked down the city then?, no one in or out?. Name:Joshua Arrowsmith Gender:Male Age:23 Apperance: Josh is 5"11 with short red hair and pale skin. Useually wearing dark clothing for better hiding. He has a scar on his right cheek which streches down to his bottom jaw. Information: Joshua grew up in Ottawa, Canada. His father James a reporter, they moved down here after all the strange events that happened, James looking to bring the cause for the events to light and Josh was there everystep of the way, being his fathers assistant. But soon after moving there his father went missing after he was hired on at the facility. Now Joshua needs to figure out what heppened to his father and what is happening in the city. Joshua is a smart kid, good with technology. Before they moved to rueland he got his degree in general computer and technology hoping to one day open his own shop. But his father needed help with this case. Anyway, he is one of those kids that you would see as the class clown, a free spirit, in highschool and college he was well liked by almost everyone.
