The streets were quiet now, and along a simple side street that many had walked on before him, walked the Samurai. His eyes scanned the environment around him as he walked, his sandles clicking softly as he did so. The air was hazy and a bit misty similar to the forest mountains back home, The Samurai held up the letter that was written in both English and Japanese, "It's time to defend the people." Roku placed the papar back into his pocket and made his way past towering buildings and dark alleys and by what he knew of new York he was getting closer, when he heard muffled screaming, Roku turned down a couple of alleys where he found a woman backed up against a wall and a man holding a gun to her and whispering to her that if she screamed he would shoot her, Roku cleared his throat and the man turned around pointing his gun at the strangely dressed man, "The fuck? What the fuck is this return of the Samurai...Enter the dragon or some shit?" Roku put his hand on his sword and stood very still watching the man. Roku spoke very quietly, "It is a dishonor to harm an innocent woman. If you leave now I will not chase or pursue you, but if you truly wish to continue robbing and harming this woman...I will kill you." The man pointed his gun at Roku's head, " You stupid or something miyagi? I got the gun here." Roku didn't move he simply watched and waited, "three seconds to leave." The man turned his head to the woman, "You fucking see this..." And then back to Roku, "...this stiff wants shot!" Roku waited and the moment the man went to pull the trigger he moved to the side at lightning reaction speeds, seemingly dodging the bullet, in the same flex of muscle Roku had sliced the man three times, seeing the shock and terror in the mans eyes as he fell to the ground in pieces, Roku simply cleaned his blade and put it away before looking to the woman, "Go home now...And please be more careful." Roku turned away without another word and left the area, maybe it was wrong of him to kill like he did but he always gave them the opportunity to live. Roku turned down one last street and came to the building the address had depicted, he walked down the stairs through darkness without a word and when he came into the first room the strangely dressed obvious Samurai heard someone speaking about a gut feeling and how something was wrong, Roku approached and in a quiet voice said, "In my experience I have found true gut feelings are rarely wrong."
