This method can cause a clog up and sometimes it can take them awhile to even agree to go to war leaving their 2/3rds system mostly flawed. Description of Military:Their military is up to date with the best hardware money can buy, they are currently mostly a naval based nation with a massive fleet that patrols the waters of the Pacific and forces trained for sea to land operations.
