PLOT:
In a small town of Kyokai, many disappearing have been happening. The mysterious disappearings started a year ago prior to the RP's time. Since the case started, 4 people was missing until now. The police department now confirmed this as serial kidnapping and the rampant kidnapper is still on the loose, he can't be stopped. The police still have no clue who is this mysterious kidnapper. In a luxurious high school of Hope Fountain Academy, a small group of students formed a group named "Seekers of the Truth" and they are undercover investigators of the kidnappings but they don't have any warrant so they have to be careful. These group of teenagers have discovered some mysterious portals and these portals lead them to a mysterious world called "The Hidden World" but the portals can only be seen by people with potential. The potential to wield a PERSONA. One can be a Persona-User once they've defeated their own shadow and passed on the hardships. These Personas are manifestation of the strong emotions of your characters more like alter egos, these mysterious creatures help you on your journey. The group them started to explore the Hidden World to know the truth between the Hidden and the kidnappings. Will our heroes succeed? or the case will be left unsolved forever?

Ok first of all this is no ordinary Persona RP, I am gonna apply real RPG elements like stats and numbers.
ABOUT STATS:
STR - increases your physical damage. It is determined by STR x 1.5
VIT - increases your health. Your base health is 20 and 1 VIT = 4 HP
MAG - increases your MP and magical damage. Magical damage is determined by MAG x 1.5. You have a base SP of 10 and 1 MAG = 4 SP.
DEX - increases your damage with soulbound weapons. It is determined by DEX x 1.5
LCK - increases your critical chance. You have a base crit. chance of 10% but every 3 points in your LCK is = to 3% crit chance.

You cannot summon your persona in the start of the RP so here is the way to get them.

Hope Fountain Academy - the most biggest high school in Kyokai. It is also where our characters will study. It has 5 buildings and it is really huge.
South Point Mall - a famous mall that can be found in the south of Kyokai. It is always crowdy and there are also a variety of stores and restaurants.
Cosmic Star Arcade - a famous hangover for the youth who likes video games. Don't worry, there are rules here so this is an anti-bully place. If there are bullies inside, they are forbidden to enter the arcade, if once caught bullying.
Kyokai Museum - A big museum enough to tell the whole history of Kyokai. It is always visited by tourists and it is a famous attraction in Kyokai.
Giga Plaza - This is where most the festivals and special events in Kyokai are held. When not in use, it is a park mostly visited by teenagers because it is like an outdoor mall.
Bolt Cafe - A small cafe that is purposely built for teenagers but still, some adults and kids are eating on this cafe. It has a variety of food and drinks. Of course, they're all delicious that is why you will come and come to this restaurant forever!

welp, passives can help you or we can just bend the rules, get hanged man arcana w/o changing arthur.
