He gets faster as the series goes on. I wouldn't worry too much about the buffering. I suppose I should actually say something about the show. It's as good as CW-tier magic drama shows get. Shows of which, as you probably already know, are not particularly ground-breaking.

Oooh, a new superhero show, something to take my mind off Arrow. (Another great live action show about The Green Arrow, the best DC superhero.)
