Well it's past midnight, so I wasn't TECHNICALLY lying when I said I'd post a CS tomorrow. Appearance: Name: Overlord Donald Levy Alias: Overlord Age: 19 Personality: Absolutely power mad. He comes from a place where he was indisputably the most powerful being of all and has become arrogant because of it. He sees everyone as beneath him and unworthy of his attention, with the exception of one. Powers: He can project and absorb electricity. He can also fly if he projects enough electricity to propel himself. Abilities: A military genius, but no formal training in fighting. Hero Or Villian: Villian Crush: The only thing he'll be crushing, is your skull between his hands. Relationship Status: Single Short Bio: Overlord comes from an alternate dimension. In this universe, he had conquered the entire world and became ruler over all. Then, during a gladiatorial match he had been watching, he was attacked by a stranger in the stands. After an extremely destructive fight, Overlord walked away the victor. He discovered though, after unmasking his would-be assassin, that his attacker was a version of himself from another universe. Overlord became crazed with the idea of finding all counterparts of himself from every dimension and killing them, for he fears that the only one who can defeat him in combat is himself. Let's hope he's wrong. Other: This alternate universe version of Overlord that I mentioned MIGHT end up being the hero I choose whenever we have enough villains that I can make a hero. Name: Josephine or Josie  Age: 19 Personality: Pariah loves what she does. She sees it as a hunt and relishes chasing after her quarry. While supervillains are her usual targets, heroes are fair game if they get in her way..or if she just feels like taking you. Surprisingly hunting metas isn't her only interest, she lives an alternate life as a tattoo artist.  Powers: Nomad does not have any inborn powers but she does have access to advanced technology thanks to her creators in the D.M.A. with her main arsenal being comprised of a hard-light shield, sword, and a SWC-Volt Rifle.  Abilities: Enhanced speed, strength, regenerative healing factor, and mastery of most firearms Hero Or Villian: Neutral  Short Bio: The Department of Metahuman Affairs, or D.M.A. for short, at an unknown time launched Project Wardens. It was an effort to create an army of lab grown superhumans who would be used as peacekeepers against any hostile metahuman. These agents would be stationed around the world so as to be first responders to whatever situation was unfolding if necessary. These superhumans are not superpowered or clones. They are humans but genetically augmented to be faster, stronger, and capable in combat against metahumans. However this program proved to be a failure as the first generation of "Wardens" showed signs of mental instability. Most went insane within weeks of being out of the genesis chamber and were executed, those that didn't were cold, calculating, killing machines that the D.M.A. found unsatisfactory as they wanted to look good in the eyes of the public. The Generation 1 Wardens were discharged and left to their own devices as they were replaced by the more human Warden II's.  Pariah was the last Warden I to be created before their production was ended. She was one of the lucky ones not to be insane or emotionally void. However this did not mean she was normal. Unlike every other Warden, first or second generation, she showed insubordination and a general disinterest in her original purpose. She was the only Warden on record to show signs of actual free will. Unfortunately for the D.M.A. they decided she'd be best as a mobile agent, instead of being stationed in one place she'd be sent on assignments around the globe. This exposure to the world revealed in her eyes the real cause of Earth's problems-Metahumans. Pariah went AWOL and began her crusade against all metahumans regardless of their alignment, unfortunately for metahumans being captured by the Pariah did not mean death but imprisonment. Pariah has a hideout where she holds her metahuman prisoners to either be experimented on or tortured for information.  Other:

• Pariah's SWC-Volt Rifle is an assault rifle that fires full automatic bursts of electricity. There are two settings, stun and kill.
• The hard-light shield is as strong as a metal riot shield but is weightless.
• It is unknown how Pariah came to be called Josephine, her civilian life she goes by this name but in the crime world she is known as The Pariah.
• To keep her two lives seperate Josephine wears a metal mask that has a built in electronic interface which highlights her health, any injuries, weapon ammunition and things of this nature.

Name: "Venator" Hunter Age: 19 Personality: Hunter can be summed up in one simple little word: Hate. He hates how the world works, he hates heroes and their unrealistic views on life, he even hates himself, disgusted with his ugly appearance and rather dull powers. This pure and unrelenting hate usually just cycles around underneath his surface, until it all bursts out at once. It takes the form of frenzied bursts of psychotic brutality on anyone who happens to be unfortunate enough to be nearby. This can be rather disadvantageous, as he sometimes picks opponents he cannot hope to win against. He hates his personality, he hates his appearance, he hates the world, and he hates that he hates everything. Powers: Hunter has the odd ability to morph his body into a more mechanical/metal form. Although he usually only transforms his arms, he is capable of doing the same to his entire body. That said, the more of his body he changes, the greater energy drain he has. While he can keep his arms in his altered state near indefinitely, he can only keep a hold of a full-body transformation for a few minutes. Abilities: While Hunter is a vicious combatant, he does not seem to have any formal training in any form of martial arts. Rather, he relies on his brute strength to give him the advantage over his opponents. Many times, the fight is over as soon as he can grab his opponent. Other than that, he has no other notable abilities. Hero Or Villain: Villain Appearance: Crush: If he had a crush, he'd hate them for it and hate himself even more for falling for them. Relationship Status: Hating everyone around him Short Bio: Not much is known about Hunter's past. This is due to two reasons: He doesn't care to remember, and he doesn't see the need to tell anyone even if he somehow does. Name: Sarah Donner Alias: Guardian Angel Age: 18 Personality: Sarah can actually have conflictual personalities. She honestly would prefer if people left here alone and vices versa. Being sociable was not something she grew up doing and she could be very cynical. Even with those close to her she would act sassy. But her transformation compels her to assist others. And if that requires her to act extremely outgoing and friendly then she cannot stop herself. Powers: White magic - It can be used in a variety of different ways but the most common are for defensive purposes. Healing, barrier projection, and short range teleportation. A passive ability she has is to sense danger nearby. It is not exact but merely alerts her of danger. Sarah is still developing offensive uses but to date she can use her magic to temporarily grant herself strength and speed boosts as well as launch what appear to be imbued feathers from her own wings as bolts. Obviously her wings give her flight. Abilities: Decent at street fighting. Her new form is a lot more athletic than her past one but does not possess any inherent superhuman skills. Hero Or Villian: Hero (Because she has to be) Appearance: Crush: She still has a small crush on her old boyfriend from the gang. Her whole life has been turned upside down so she had to let him go. Relationship Status: Single Short Bio: Growing up in a bad side of town made life pretty tough. Street smarts were a must but it was only a matter of time before Sarah fell in with a bad crowd. The things they did were small time, petty theft and psudo-terf wars. Somebody somewhere must have been desperate because her little gang got recruited for a big job knocking off a local museum. The payoff was just too good to pass up and they would even be provided the equipment and plans to pull it off. The reality was that the people who wanted the loot needed as much distance from the crime as possible. Getting a bunch of clueless kids to do it for them made that easy. Things went without a hitch. Everyone got out with the loot, some weird broken stone rune. Lagging behind with the loot Sarah missed the rondevu with their employer long enough to avoid getting nabbed like the rest of her gang. She did however see what happened and got away. Word quickly reached her that if the goods were not brought like promised that her friends would be killed. Things were getting too real for Sarah to deal with and she had no idea what to do. These guys clearly did not hold up to their word. What could be so important about a busted up old rock? It sort of looked like a puzzle though. Needing a break from the stress she busied herself assembling the pieces. In the back of her mind though she wanted to help her friends and it brought her back to things her mother used to tell her about guardian angels. Her friends could definitely use one now. Putting in the last piece her silent wish was granted and her days as Guardian Angel began. Sarah's new found power came with an unusual catch. The normally rough and difficult to work with girl would spin on a dime whenever danger or something bad happened. What's more those situations were not something she could ignore. If she could help then whether she really wanted to or not she was going to help. That was probably why her reputation rose so quickly over the last year. It was almost a sixth sense and she would be there to save people. When approached by the Young Justice she immediately said yes. Those that have had the chance to really get to know here (which are very few) know that she really didn't want to join. Name: Warren Peace Alias: Bolt Age: 18 Hero or Villain: Villain Description: Powers are listed from the most basic to the most advanced/powerful. Powers:Electrokinesis- Electric Absorption- Electrical Transportation- Black Lightning Manipulation- Electricity Mimicry- Skills: He is ambidextrous and has great hand eye coordination. Bolt is also quite skilled in hand to hand and weapon fighting. Equipment: A sword and a knife. His suit helps him take a beating by energizing it with his own electrons. Brief History: Warren is a confident young man, he knows when to speak and when to remain quiet. This was because of growing up with an abusive military father. He manifested his powers upon reaching puberty and immediately took an interest in honing his skills. It didn't take long for his father to find his long hours in his room suspicious, bursting in one day while he was practicing. Warren fried his heart without hesitating. Chalked it up to a heart attack. His mother was so stricken with grief that she kicked Warren out on the streets where he took his lonely lifestyle and thrived on his own, forging a name for himself as a merecenary in the many years to follow. It was then that his metahuman powers activated and Nikolai saw that he could use his powers to get his revenge on the terrorists who had killed his parents. He trained himself in the art of throwing saw blades and after many years he took up the name Comrade Saw. Nikolai hunted down the terrorists responsible for his parents' death and killed them. After that Nikolai became a mercenary and thief, stealing and getting dangerous jobs for fortunes that were to be had within the underworld. His work eventually found him in America having regular encounters with the nation's superheroes and defeating several of them, but losing others. To this day he is working for different crime lords and supervillains to amass wealth and see himself rise among the ranks of Mercenaries. Powers: In his power suit: Super Strength, Limited Flight, Super Durability, Graviton Burst(A special weapon meant to increase gravity up to X5 on an object, it's major drawback is that if it misses he can be affected by it, as well as it having a long cooldown.) Her race are a powerful and intelligent species of humanoid reptiles closely related to the snakes on earth. Mission codename: Bright Future, was supposed to go without a hitch, they never could have known they were flying with a deranged sociopath...they were 8 months into their journey when they encountered a dead ship emitting a distress beacon. The captain of the ship Serena was on gave the order to dock and begin a sweep for survivors and an investigation as to what stopped the ship. Serena who had been planning the horrible downfall of her crew, to return to her home planet the lone survivor of some chemical outbreak from a pit stop on some uncharted planet, was now forced to wait yet again, only what came next, one could only describe as true terror, there had been something on the other ship, something that had killed its entire crew. She and her team weren't ready, the creature was coldblooded like them and moved in pure darkness, whatever it was, one by one it slaughtered her entire crew until, Serena scared and alone and covered in her captains blood decided that she wasn't going to die in her fear, so she started hunting the creature herself moving silently between the two ships for weeks until finally she tricked the damn thing into the airlock and smirked as space froze and killed the creature a look of terror in its eyes.
