I don't think we should start with one.Through a militaristic empire? And mountains?@Batman, what nation are you again?

what are you talking about? You don't control all of the mainland and the territory east of you is not inhabited. As for the mountains, there always can be mountain passes for trade routs

Yogs traders would probably have to pay a toll of some sort, but that's nothing unusual. The distance however is pretty long for trade over land. Not saying it can't be done, but it'd be quicker to pay the toll overseas instead.

In that case I could travel to Titanic's nation by going through Batarian Batman's side of the channel. He probably wouldn't have as big of a fee

You said you didn't need mercenaries since you wouldn't be fighting Batarian Batman for land, so I thought we could trade fish for gold. So you can give me fish during the winter and I will pay you in gold, that's the deal I was asking if you agree on

Ok, but could you also trade art?

Yog, you'd have to travel through Irodeina. That's what we meant. The way around is... very long indeed.

Also Rare, the project could be well underway by the time the game starts. The natural river on the map could actually be the progress so far. It could even have been the Ta'hamurg that started it.

I think he is talking about the irodenian empire, in order to get across by land, you would need to pass through that nation.
I honestly think it would be best to travel down that river on the myraratur republic border then just travel by land to the coast and get a boat to my islands. OR go the long away around the myraratur republic and through the strait into the bay

You mean you want me to give you art in exchange for something your nation has?

Also the process of building the canal would go faster considering Cryos would most likely be helping and you would be dealing with the more peaceful people of my nation. I can see myself collaborating on a lot of large buildings in Menora.

I plan to sail down between the two nations and enter the mainland that is uninhabited.

Well it'd give you access to the east coast which, in terms of trade, of course would be very benefitial.

That's a long journey. You travel across a major sea and then have to travel into the mainland and then, go by boat again into the islands. That would take a long time.

It's about the same as traveling the length of the myraratur republic

Yes but now, instead of going by sea, he has to go by land. That takes much longer.

I usually would want wood for building material since my nation is similar to Viking and Celtic society, but stone would be great for protective walls. Also the kind of art I trade is pottery, cloth paintings and hand carved wooden models of animals that are about the size of a cat just so you know.

I really don't see the fuss about paying a toll for trade. It's the most commong thing in the world. But I won't interfere anymore, it's not my call.

Well, I might also update the nature river to make it look clear and easier for ships go without crashing into a town or city. My nation, mostly lives by the sea like 73% of the population.
