Hey, I'm Melissa and currently looking for one or two advanced roleplays to do in my spare time. Here's a little about me: -I'm 21, and looking for partners 20 and above (Or lie, it's really just for my comfort) -I've been roleplaying since I was 12, so 9 years now. I've written in all kinds of sites since then but this one the most recently, at least 2 years in two accounts. -I can offer you some real creative storylines and characters if you keep reading on -I'm in the states on the East Coast, but I'm on daily at various times and check for replies/work on my own replies throughout the day. -Recently I have a slight hankering for some romance in my plots, however I do not abide by purely smut or the romance to be the complete focal point of the story.

Some guidelines/how I roleplay…. -As mentioned, I have some interest in romance, but it has to be more to it than that. Also, Sex is fine, but not necessary to be written in such depth or be the main goal. Ideal core elements for a plot can be moral corruption, expansion of a character’s career, revenge, etc. -Now here’s a sensitive issues: word count. Before I had a full-time job and my main outlet was writing, I required at least 2k plus from my partners and cranked out that much regularly, and don’t get me wrong I still like some novel-length replies-when the post requires it. I now settle between 700-1.5k replies here and then, depending on the situation, such as characters talking or sequences were it heavily lies on us going back and forth. However, I do not like bare minimal writing, so if your intros are 4 paragraph posts, we won’t be compatible. -One thing I find important to mention, and I’ll be brief, we will not be compatible if you only roleplay as one gender or one age group. I roleplay every gender and age and expect you to as well. -Moving on, I’ll also like to note that I do not like fandoms. Harry Potter, Avengers, what have you is not my cup of tea. I don’t mind if you want to do a plot inspired by, like Skyrim, but only inspired and we still create an original world and characters. Speaking of, I do not like/do not want to use pictures for characters either, any imagery will be written. -I don’t usually have a set plot for my ideas, I love to plan the story with you from scratch or some loosely based idea, that way we can feel out what we’re in the mood for and build everything so it all fits right away. I’ll add that I also play multiple characters, sometimes 5 at a time if the story needs it, I feel a roleplay can’t be right if it only includes two developed characters. -My roleplays are usually on the dark side, I’m not really into light-hearted storylines or characters, not the say everything is doom and gloom, I like to balance everything out but I lean towards the darker side of things. -Almost done before we get the fun part. My plots vary from really thought out to just a craving, but all of them are complete customizable to what floats your boat, nothing here is set in stone and I love inputs from my partners in all of them.

.Old world setting/Closed off modern community (think Amish)

I have a slight ideq for an old-world styled (or possibly just an older era) with a large family that's primarily made up by the numberous children of varying ages. The story would be slice-of-life but the setting gives us a wide range of possibilities. Definitely for those craving something to build on.

Survive
Winter apocalypse, influenced by The Long Dark game.

When the world is consumed by an everlasting Winter with no relent, a strong-willed and good-hearted man finds himself on the brink of death and left at the mercy of God, not a soul for miles in the wilderness. He is rescued by grey-haired strange man, who, with reasons unknown shows mercy and nurses the stranger back to health. A native of the cruel forest, he and the man bond together and teaches him to hunt and survive. However, while bound to the man by the life debt, he begins to question the strange man's sainity, his morals and crude belief that God is a cruel and only warriors as cruel and powerful as He may enter the afterlife. He finds that the price of survival might be too seep to pay, as the old man reveals himself to be a cold, murdering savage.

(My current craving. I hope I find someone to work the kinks out, but basically the main theme would be your character overcoming his kind hearted nature in order to survive, while struggling to work with and live with the savage whom he owes his life.)

These are just cravings I have for two plots, however I am more than happy to get a message along the lines of "Let's just throw stuff and see what sticks.", that's fine with me I love planning out detailed stories from almost nothing.

Hey Melissa Been reading through your posts and I'm pretty certain I can stick to your standards. My word count varies but I do like to think I can do a wee bit more than 4 paragraph posts. Genders and owt else doesn't really bother me I like to and can roleplay a variety of characters. I'm on GMT but I work night shift a lot so I will be on when your awake. But I won't be able to respond much if at all when I am working but thats thankfully only 4 nights a week at most. Right, now one of your ideas really caught my eye. The Paranormal Cult following one, I think we could have a lot of fun regardless if we do one family or many.
