One question: Is it plausible that Thomas Wayne Jr. and Bruce Wayne would smell EXACTLY the same? I mean, they're brothers (both from the same family, just alternate earths) sure, but do they both use the same body wash? Thomas wouldn't smell the same as bruce, I'd hope. I mean, similar costumes, to a point, similar training, almost... (I like to think of Owlman as better, because he isn't afraid to kill if the situation calls for it.),

In terms of your question, note the way I understand that despite Thomas Wayne Jr and Bruce sharing a different name that Thomas is Bruce's Earth-3 counterpart despite Thomas Wayne Jr having a younger brother named Bruce. But that said I got that from a fan wiki so I mean unless DC says something we're both as right as that rock is over there on the matter. So ignoring that, you DNA doesn't affect your smell. The environment, the foods you eat, the clothes you wear etc all affect your smell. So Owlman would absolutely not smell like Batman.
