Name - Alexander Mason

Alias - Sentinel, 'the Legendary Starheart'

Age - 23

Personality - outlaw, stubborn, reckless

Powers - energy blasts [from chest], protective aura w/heat and cold resistance, giant construct, Legion flight buckle

Weaknesses - standard human weaknesses, powers require proper eating and sleeping habits to 'recharge'

Appearance -

BRIEF Bio - Alex was one of the humans who ventured to the Earth settlement on the dwarf planet Ceres between Mars and Jupiter. In the year 2015 Alex left with his parents, a pair of engineers, to live on the dwarf planet and help build the settlement that would be named Westwood after mission director Richard Westwood. While Earth's nations have declared the planet out of the Green Lantern Corps' jurisdiction, an accident on Ceres had the new whale like Lantern intervene and save several dozen engineers as well as their families lives. Alex was one of these, who was stabbed through the chest with a large piece of debris. However the Lantern's energies healed the young man in a way that he could manipulate the energy later on. Over the last several years Alex has learned how to control his power, but not without going through the ringer. After his mother was killed by Durlan space pirates, Alex and a close friend formed the Legion to take down the criminals. Later on, Alex would see the good that could come from the United Planets organization and accept work for hire on several occasions.

Notes - The close friend is DrewVonAwesome's Freeflow.

Name - Ar'asom Esrik

Alias - The Bull

Age - 23

Personality - Loyal, Silent, Patient

Powers - Ma'vern's only true powers are his enhanced strength and durability. Neither are anywhere near a Daxamite's abilities, but if given the opportunity he could hold his own against one for some time.

Weaknesses - Although his strength and durability are greater than most, allowing him to take more punishment than others, if enough damage is done to him he can still be hurt or killed.

Appearance -

BRIEF Bio - Ar'asom was not one to let others be hurt by those that believed they could harm just because it was within their power. This caused him to develop his skills quickly as he was often in fights, defending one person or another, throughout most of his childhood. By the time he was 17, his prowess in fighting had become common knowledge, and he began to make his way in the world selling his abilities out as a bodyguard.

Two years after leaving Varva he caught his first big break and was hired by the Elders of Rann, mainly because with Adam Strange off world at the time the Elders wanted to have some protection they could count on. For nearly a month he did little else besides sit around and watch over the Elders as they performed their duties. It wasn't until the Persuader and her atomic axe cut through a door that he believed he wouldn't have anything to really do. The two quickly became locked in battle, and after some time Ar'asom was able to disarm and subdue the Persuader. Only once they battle had ended that he realized that Adam Strange had returned to Rann, and upon surveying the damage that had been down between the two did he mutter a popular Earth idiom that led to Ar'asoms' alias.

Afterwards his name quickly spread and he was hired by more and more high profile clients. At 20 he was hired by members of the United Plantes to protect Alexander Mason. To Ar'asom it was like any other job, but unlike most jobs he and Alexander became friends. Ar'asom continued to serve as a bodyguard for him over the next few years until Alexander asked him to join the Legion.

Notes - The payment from one of his first high profile clients was a meeting with the Warlords of Okaara where he was trained in all forms of martial combat and the philosophy of combat and the humanities.

NAME(S):
Hob

ALIAS(ES):
Nicknames by team as opposed to actual aliases
Gremlin
Goblin
Hobgoblin

AGE:
Krolotean Equivalent of Late Teens, Early Twenties. Approximately 5 Earth years.

PERSONALITY:
Obsessive, Neurotic, Eccentric

POWER(S):
Due to the Krolotean's alien biology Hob's three pupiled eyes grant him a full 360 degree field of vision as well as microscopic and macroscopic viewing. Furthermore, he can see in a manner similar to infrared allowing him to see through walls if the heat signature on the otherside is strong enough to be viewed through the wall.

Krolotean's are very intelligent and as such possess numerous advanced technologies and are able to quickly comprehend and adapt to foreign technologies. Despite only possessing four digits, including an opposable thumb, Krolotean's are highly dexterous. Combined with their eyesight and intelligence this makes Krolotean's skilled engineers, pilots and even marksmen. Hob is no exception to this building himself a cybernetic arm as well as outfitting his body with several cybernetic augmentations in order to better interface himself with a exo-suit. This exo-suit allows Hob to fit on even ground with most aliens save for those who possess tremendous strength such as Kryptonians, Draximites, and other such beings. This exo-suit is capable of travelling through space for short periods of time, being able to withstand a vacuum. It enables flight in gravity filled environments as well as containing cloaking, holographic camouflage and several weapons including both lethal and non-lethal which Hob often modifies and swaps depending on the situation at hand.

Among Hob's augmentations are intergalactic translators implanted behind his ears and in his throat. These translators help Hob understand languages outside of Krollish, English and Interlac which translating his own spoken Krollish to a language the other speaker would understand. It should be noted that if his translated ever malfunctioned, Hob would be unable to communicate with any language outside of Krollish as his vocal chords are simply unable to make the appropriate sounds for Interlac, let alone English. Krollish is a combination of screams, shrieks and words which sound suspiciously similar to the Earth language of German. Hob's bio-mechanical arm contains a 'Swiss Army Knife' or tools however is primary tool is a welding laser which can be modified for defensive and offensive purposes.

While far from physically intimidating, Hob and other Kroloteans, are quite agile and rather quick. As such they're capable of climbing and adhering to many different surfaces including the hull and walls of most ships. This makes them ideal mechanics since they can literally crawl inside engines to do repair work and often aren't hampered in services spaces like larger lifeforms.

WEAKNESS(ES):
Hob's greatest weakness is his lack of size and physical prowess. Without his Exo-Suit, he hardly puts up a fight if physically confronted. While a genius, if Hob is caught unprepared he can simply be tossed aside even by a human child due to his small size. Likewise almost any weapon will do physical harm to Hob as his natural biology doesn't grant him any sort of defenses outside of eyesight and agility. While his small size does make him a harder target at times, he also goes down fairly easy.

APPEARANCE:

As a Krolotean, Hob is a small gremlin like creature with large 'bat-like' ears and horn like ridges emerging from the top of his head. He has two eyes, each with a black scalea and a red iris. Each iris has a gold trim around the edge and three black pupils within them. Each eye has three sets of eyelids, one which actually protects the eye when closed, one that allows Hob to use his macrovision and one that allows him to use his microvision. The outmost eyelid actually closes horizontally as opposed to both his micro and macro eyelids or the human eyelid which closes vertically. Hob has a bio-mechanical right arm that contains several different tools while his body is mechanically augmented. Hob has pale green skin. In battle he wears an Exo-Suit which connects and interfaces with his cybernetic augmentations and further enhances his strength and agility. This suit is built to survive in the vacuum of space and primarily uses a repulsor system in order for Hob to be at eye level with the majority of his teammates. Being a Krolotean, Hob is of a small stature only standing 2'-6" if he were to straighten his back, however he generally is hunched over thus making his average height closer to 2'. Although most Kroloteans do not as a general rule wear clothes, Hob wears a small backpack with a single wide leather strap over his upper body and a ragged pair of shorts on his lower torso to appease human modesty.

BIOGRAPHY:
A pariah among his people, Hob was born on Krolotea in Sector 2812. Like all Kroloteans, he was placed in and a pod of others his age and expected to grow, work, mate and die with his podmates. However Hob rejected this ideal, far outpacing his podmates in his studies and becoming a loner. Eventually he was considered a security risk and was arrested and sent to trial. Fortunately for Hob, this trial was interrupted by an attack on Krolotea by the hands of the Reach who were looking to aggressively expand their territories. Injured in the attack, Hob was forced to perform an amputation on his arm. Despite this, he managed to survive the attack, hiding out in the underbelly of Krolotea while he healed and built himself a prototype arm from whatever scrap he could manage to find. Locating a black market doctor, Hob was able to convince the doctor to follow Hob's plans for cybernetic augmentations which would make the use of the arm possible as well as ensure Hob could survive off world without a pod for protection. When the operation was complete, Hob stole offworld with a cargo shipment, travelling from planet to planet until he managed to win the Jumper in a rather fortunous game of chance.

Eventually finding himself hard up for money, Hob took a job with the United Planets hoping to simply just taxi a couple of 'Heroes' from planet to planet in order to make himself a few simple credits.

NOTES:
-The Jumper (Proposed Team Ship)
-The cockpit of the Jumper is heavily modified to accommodate Hob's size as the ship is not a Krolotean make.
-Concept Art of a Krolotean from Young Justice
-Despises the Reach due to their attack being the cause of his lost arm.
-Has an addiction to gambling.
-Despite his translator implant, his English doesn't always translate perfectly and is often broken. If he goes into a fit of rage or cursing the translator may not be able to properly vocalize his thoughts and often spit out random words. Likewise if he goes into a rant and is speaking too fast, the translator simply won't work and only native Krollish will be heard.

Name - Damita Waller

Alias - Supergirl

Age - 19

Personality - Bold, Rash, at times inquisitive

Powers - TK [telekinetic] based strength, speed, flight, and small TK fields

Weaknesses - Mental attacks, advanced tech

BRIEF Bio - Around the same time Amanda Waller decided to make another Batman, she decided that a Superman she could control would be even more beneficial in the longrun. Instead of finding donor parents, Waller and Cadmus used Waller's DNA along with Superman's to create the Girl of Tomorrow. Like with the Batman of tomorrow having parents similar to the Waynes, Amanda found parents for 16 year old "Damita" like Superman's in a pair of 40-something farmers out in an area not covered in huge buildings with flying cars everywhere. Elderly and almost crazy, Amanda watches the news to see her handy work in action having called her Damita after her murdered daughter.

Appearance -

Notes - Technically a test tube baby and only three years old, she was 'grown' to the equivalent of sixteen years old.

Name – Similan Crikya

Alias - Freeflow

Age - 21

Personality – Chill, almost too friendly, spiritual

Powers – Due to his people's unique muscular structure and body frame, not to mention Freeflow's particular excelling at his people's training and fighting style. Freeflow is just about without equal in his agility, leaping ability, endurance, and durability. Similan's fighting style is a style that is hailed back countless generations with his species. To best describe it is combining Earth's break dancing, capoeira, and lucha libre wrestling. Designed to be quick, and have attacks come from all angle while maintaining rhythm and the gifts of his people's speed.

Weaknesses – Similan isn't quite as strong as most other species out there. As his body's muscles are taut and don't allow to be able to handle too much lifting. Also because of how his body works, Similan has to eat two to three times the food mass of another species. Plus while he means well, his kind of an idiot. A loveable idiot, but an idiot.

Appearance -

BRIEF Bio - Similan comes from the planet Iotera of sector 2815, a planet rich in its clean waters, bountiful forests, and stunning vistas. Considered by many different species as one of the most beautiful planets in the entire galaxy. It was a hot spot for vacationing aliens of all walks of life for centuries until commercial deputes led to bloody wars over the lands of the planet. Recently though the planet was finally left alone once and for all. With all the resorts and other buildings destroyed or left to rot.

Similan's people have many unique beliefs compared to countless other species. For example last names do not indicate a family so much as a tribe. They vary in size, usually around 50 or 60 to any given tribe. They're very tight knit, often spending considerable time with one another. However leaving a tribe and going to another is not only not seen as a offense, its often welcomed and considered a means of learning more and getting to know more people (or Iotas as they're commonly called). Their last name is simply changed around in a naming ceremony, and they're given a tent to live in by the tribe as a welcoming gift.

Similan is everything the culture is and wishes to be. He constantly has a smile on his face, always wanting the thrills and zen like joy that comes from riding his airboard or learning something new. A prodigy child Similan excelled in his teachings of Tobos. The fighting style his people have used for countless centuries. He deeply practices the religion of his planet, praising who they simply call 'the creator'. The being who brought sunshine and all its bounty with it to the world.

Notes - The aforementioned friend of Alexander Mason who formed the Legion alongside him.

An Outsider A Glorious Failure

"As a priest of Crithalea I searched for enlightenment. I beseeched the spirits to guide my path and lend me knowledge. I spent my days and nights searching for the answers that I was sure lay entwined amongst the innumerable mysteries of the universe. Ironically I discovered the one great truth about myself after I abandoned by old faith;

I like hitting things with swords."

Name:
Rane Traxian

Alias:
Insane Rane, Red Rane, Son of the Skyfather. He has dozens of names and titles, most of them he has given himself.

Age:
Fifty years old chronologically, early thirties biologically.

Appearance:
Rane, like all Canmorian's, is a tall lizard-like bipedal alien. Rane stands at about 6'3" - He is short for his race - and although as lean as a rabbit, his frame hides a deceptive amount of muscle. .His white and grey skin is covered in a fine snake-like scales. External bone plates and spikes serve as an armor for his species, protecting vital organs. He has painted religous symbols over his body and face, swirls and loops of vivid red and gold that display to all with the wit to discern them that he is an instrument of the Skyfather. Canmorian's have three fingers and one thumb on their hands, with long digitigrade, three toed legs. Their legs feature a sickle claw, much like velociraptors of cretaceous period earth. Each digit ends in bone like talons. All Canmorian's have long, prehensile tails.

His head feature's a boxy, extended maw. His eyes are an amber gold and stilted like a cats. Canmorians, much like humans, have a mixture of Incisor and Molar teeth but the incisors are slightly longer and sharper.

For reference his head is like this

Personality:
Nutty, unique, zen-like

Powers:
Canmores gravity is heavier than that of earth and Canmorian bone structure is significantly denser than that of a human, making them stronger than any man. Their speed is likewise far more impressive, especially their reaction times. Their hide is thick and leathery, bone plating and spikes providing further protection from harm. Even if they are injured their bodies possess primary, secondary and in some cases even tertiary organs and backups, even going so far as to have a redundant nervous system. They are also capable of cellular regeneration unseen in most races. Lost limbs can be re-grown in a matter of months.

With his Canmorian physiology alone Rane could be an effective combatant, but he has one further advantage that makes him a terror for all who face him – The Sword of the Skyfather. The sword is a once rumored mythical object that features heavily in Canmorian folklore and legend. Said to be created from a mysterious star metal that was a gift from the Skyfather himself and crafted by the greatest shaman-smiths of the Scorched Wastes, it is a weapon without equal. Said to be unbreakable, it has been seen to cut through the toughest of materials. When he holds the sword Rane posses a near perfect situational awarness, as well as becoming completely fearless.

Weaknesses:
Cold tempretures make him sluggish. Though tough he is no incincible. When he holds the sword he is fearless, which isn't an entirely positive trait. Being parted from the sword seems to weaken him, like an addict deprived of their drug of choice.

Bio:
No one, not human or Canmorian, quite know what happened to Rane to make him the way he is. Some say he must have suffered some great tragedy in his past, others that he was born wrong. There's rumors that he's been the the edge of space, and what he seen there drove him over the edge. Superstitious Canmorians, of which there are a many, believe that the Skyfather -the Canmorian God of creation- is punishing Rane for sins of a past life by giving him a soul with holes in it. Needless to say, there's something off about him. The first people started hearing about him was about thirty years ago. At the time he was a junior cleric of Crithalea, Canmorian's dominant religion. He became well known for his passionate and fiery sermons, and his future with Crithaliasm looked bright indeed. After several years his popularity among the people was immense and he was earmarked to become a Patriarch, one of the Crithalean holy leaders. The ceremony to become a Patriarch begins with the candidate spending two weeks in the scorched lands. The scorched lands is a desert area of Canmore said to be almost entirely inhospitable to all save the 'unclean', a group of Canmorian outcasts who still followed the old religion of the Skyfather rather than the ways of Crithalea. It was the last anyone seen of Rane. . .

Until two years ago when he came out of the Scorched lands swinging a sword and leading an army of unclean against the Crithalean religion. He was insane, they said, taking on the high and mighty with nothing but a rusty relic and a bunch of outcasts. Despite that it seemed he couldn't be stopped, regardless of the armies sent against them. He even managed to kill half of the Patriarch order. Insane he might have been, but he was starting to seem invincible. Still, it was only so long he could keep moving forwards against such adversity, and eventually his dwindling forces stalled against the armies of Crithalea. The final battle approached, Crithalean forces arming themselves to assault the Skyfather's supporters position and capture Rane for trial when he went and saved them the trouble by handing himself in, sword held in one hand and a datapad in the other. The Crithaleans where suspicious at first, thinking it was some sorta trap. After he insisted on a public trial their fears were allayed. After all, how much damage could a madman like him accomplish in a trial? Little did they know the trouble was just beginning. Turns out he held proof of corruption in the Patriarch's ranks. Prostitution, drug trafficking, slavery, they were in on it all, and Rane had proof of it on his little datapad. When asked where he got his info from he looked his interrogators straight in the eye, smiled wide and said "The Skyfather". He then went on and told an intricate story of internal strife within the Patriarchs, where backdoor politics had gotten so out of hand that members were actively trying to get each other killed. One enterprising Patriarch had kept all the evidence of his compatriot's fraudulence as insurance policy against their mascinations.

"I only figured it out after I cut that fella in half" said Rane "Felt it was only right to turn myself in after". The story he told was incredible, so incredible it almost had to be believed, one that no sane person would come out with. However it was widely known that Rane was nuts, and the evidence that the Patrirachs were corrupt was irrefutable. They couldn't pursue the story of a broken government any further, but now they were left with the quandary of what to do with a murdering Canmorian, who claimed he had done all he had done on the instruction of the Skyfather and all for the good of Canmore. After a long discussion only one answer stood out. Make him a Legionnaire.

"Works for me" responded Rane. And now? Now he's Alex Mason's problem.

Notes:
Cross fills the wildcard and brute role.
He's absolutely cracked, with his own sense of morality, loyalty and honor. The trouble is trying to get him to share it with anyone.
The Sword of the Skyfather speaks to Rane. Is this voice actually the sword, or is it just further proof of Rane's mental inbalance? You'll find out!
