Dear -internet people-,
I'm Icicle, a pretty cool guy, if temperatures don't lie. I started Role Playing awhile back, in fact, I was previously a member of this site. I managed to get my username from the previous incarnation of the Role Player Guild, so you might recognize me. I doubt this is the case, but I'll role with it.
I'm a Sophomore in High School, heading in the direction of pre-med. I run cross country, write short stories, overachieve, meow a lot, make puns, smile smugly, read Gray's Anatomy, watch anime, take/teach kenjutsu, and (clearly) roleplay, amongst countless other unmentionable horrors.
Just for reference, I hate the modern sense of the "romance" genre (in that medieval ideas are still better than modern ones, and other things...) and I am a hardcore anti-escapist, "the few," quality vs. length type of writer. My favorite main genre to role play is fiction (because history is for know-it-alls) and my favorite sub-genre is slice-of-life.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could respond below and/or send me a private message. I most certainly won't go and ask you to be my friend unless you do so, because I'm hopelessly shy (and the prospect of asking random people on the internet to talk to me seems foreign). Also, bear with me, it may or may not take a week or more for me to acknowledge your existence due to exams.
