The forces of darkness have agreed to settle matters with the forces of light by way of a baseball game. However, due to several misunderstandings there exist so many loopholes that it allows for giant robots, missile strikes, assassination attempts, etc. The rulebook was so mangled that only the main rules apply such as you have to have them throw the ball at you (you can't be killed beforehand) and once you hit it you run around the bases to score a point once you get back to home. After three people are struck out (by death or otherwise) then play switches to the other team.

Any NPCs to fill the remaining spots will be played by demons on the dark side and angels on the light side. Each person can control one on each side and they don't have to be an angel or demon, having been recruited from outside sources to aid them in the baseball game. They can be practically anything, real life people, characters from other canons, or you could make up your own. King Arthur can use Excalibur to bat a ball to Cthulhu is but one example. Expect things to get super crazy and lethal. If your character dies then you can come in with a new character from the bench.

I think rather than sheets we could just have the announcer introduce characters as they take the field to give all relevant information. They could announce additional stuff in the play by plays.
