The Gates of Hell are about to be open. The angels are worried, because they have no leader to guide them through the war that is about to start. Confused by the heavenly chaos, many of them crossed over to the dark side to join the one angel that seems to have a plan – to release the demons from the hell and destroy the human race. Many believe he is the Fallen Angel. Lucifer. But this could not be further from the truth.
Meet Lucian. He's just another 20-something college dropout, who spends his days drinking and playing poker. Nothing special, apart from the fact that he used to be one of the most famous and powerful angels Heavens ever knew. He was Lucifer. At least until the day he was banished from the Heavens and thrown down on the Earth. His memories were erased, his wings cut and destroyed. All but one feather, which now became the most wanted object to be found.
And then there is Ariel. The angel of protection. She watched over clueless Lucian for over a decade, but now it's time she confronts him with his true self for he is the only one who can stop the rising darkness.
