She turns Arbiter into Osiris and as she slides under you she placed the "hook" of Osiris into the still healing gash on your neck, then when she is in the other side she twists so that she is sliding backwards facing your back on her knees, she jumps from her knees over your head, pulling Osiris through the gash in your neck, opening up your chest, and tearing your abdomen open. This all takes less than a second*
