Acacia continued walking, listening to the words from the female behind her, barely responding when spoken to, she eventually halted near one room, the one that smelt so freely of food. As Vashti passed by and moved to peer through it Acacia nodded slightly as she spoke and asked, but before getting words out she heard a pack member, Aldo to be precise speaking instead, climbing over his own words around women ... again, she rolled her eyes and slowly began to walk off.

Slender hands sliding within her cargo pockets, lips parting lightly as she allowed fine tuned ears to collect the sound of those within and around the building. Almost like a claustrophobic she emit a hefty breath and suddenly found herself emerging another exit back onto the chilly porch.

She'd allow herself to glance inside before closing the door and moving to sit on the edge of the deck, feet and legs crossed as she used her arms to prop her up leaning backwards. The clashing blues and greens of her eyes shifting to stare up at the dark sky, the speckles of white lights scattered across it with the beauty of the moon, not yet full it would seem.

As she stared upwards she'd eventually allow those wandering eyes to flutter closed, un-yet needed inside she'd relax and allow Aldo to deal with the new comer, if he could actually get anything done that is. She felt something was off in the night, but she merely shrugged it off at this point.

As she tilted her head back, the curled strands of auburn hair hung loosely between her shoulders. She allowed those light pink lips to part, no words emerging as she merely sat where she was, breath even and posture loose as she waited until she was needed next, or even until hunger hit her.

A wind blew heavily for a moment across the clearing and Markus hair went along with it the ends of each lock dancing in the breeze. He raised his head at the acknowledgement and after a short moment of silence that seemed to last forever he spoke. “I see you there. What has brought you to such a sacred land of ancestors and spirits? Do you see me with open eyes, son of man?” His legs started moving as he walked through the snow though it slowed his steps a tad the cold seemed to bother him none as he gave little attention to the kin around him. He moved to within about thirty meters before stopping again and spread his arms out wide.

“There are nothing, but secrets here to be beholden only by those of worthy blood. Do you seek to find answers? Have you come for a blessing or curse?” Only three different kind of people could possibly know these words, werewolves, human mates, or hunters. He knew by the shield on this man’s back that he was surely no ones mate, and he did not smell like a wolf or the child of one. “If it is no to these questions then surely why do you invade such grounds with your tainted feet?”

William stood his ground as the man approached him, his figure unmoving. The night still remained calm, but now it felt tense. The tall man before him questioned his reasons, which William pondered as well. "Hmmm.." He took 3 paces forward, the chain rattling along his arm. "Much of that depends, spawn of night." He placed his hand in the slit of his coat, resting it on one of his holsters just in case. "I come not to obtain the burden of your affliction however.." With his free hand, he scratched his mustache, the duster coat blowing ever so slightly with the wind.

The hunter paused, observing the man before him once more before continuing. "It was by chance I arrived here, but perhaps by fate that I encountered a pack of werewolves in these woods. I come not to slay your kin, unless you are no friend of man." William slipped his hand slowly into the opposite slit in his coat, placing it on another revolver. "Tell me, wolf-man. Would you consider yourself a beast, or still a man?"

A deep inhalation of breath was all that came from Markus at the name ‘night spawn’. Slowly he calmed himself though as the muscles along his shoulders tense as if he was preparing to attack the man. “So you wandered in here by accident then? Confusing as to how a professional murderer such as yourself could be so ignorant of his surroundings.” Markus’ hands slid into his pockets as to show he wasn’t trying to be aggressive as he stepped closer to where he was about five feet from William. His stance said he was ready, but his demeanor said he didn’t mean to inflict any harm.

“I suggest you take your hands off those guns. You wouldn’t get a chance to draw them before you turned my snow red.” Markus didn’t speak like he was making idle threats, he spoke as if that’s what would actually go down, as if no other scenario could possibly play out in this instance. “Perhaps you’d like a escort out of the woods. I could arrange it.” he raised up a hand signaling Marrec over, then turned back to William. “Would you like that? Or do you think you could find your own way?”

Valerie sighed as the girl spoke, her lips parting to allow through the short breath of air that ended with the Lupa touching her own face for a moment as she stared blindly out over the railing of the balcony, her eyes a soft grey that seemed to have pale greatly over the course of the last year. Before her selection as Lupa she had had bright silver eyes, though when she was young they had been a deep storm grey that left everyone who saw them feeling as if they had stared into the heart of the winter storms. The girl blinked as a flake of snow touched her cheek and she smiled quietly to herself while she thought of the first time Markus has kissed her, in the snow in a clearing not far from where they were. It had been cold outside and even the smaller woman had felt it though a certain warmth had spread through her when he had and she wanted to remember that feeling since she couldn't see his face then. While her thoughts were focused on him she reached out to find him, barely able to touch his mind while she strained to hear his voice; what little she caught was irritated and hot with a fresh anger she had often seen before.

She snapped her eyes open and turned from the balcony, striding passed the woman that was meant to watch her. "I will not leave him alone in danger." She spoke, determined not to stay back and simply be protected as if she was merely a damsel in need of protection all of the time. She had hated at first how he would never allow her to be alone because of her blindness but over time she had become increasingly familiar with the area and instead of simply allowing them to continuing guiding her she had expressed her distaste and proved she could hold her own - even though it had ended in a loss on the grounds when she fought and experienced fighter. Her skills lay elsewhere. "If you insist on staying with me then you will come to me with him."

Inside she found her way to the closet that she kept her clothes and pulled out a pair of jeans as well as a rather plain purple shirt and pulled them on over a bra and fresh pair of panties. Her feet remained bare in the case that she would need to fight and with her slowly growing skills to protect herself she could used her feet as a good weapon while her hands found her balance. Valerie would not stop to wait for the girl to stop her, even if it was in her best interests and she knew very well that she was the weakness of the Ulfrics, though she would be a strength. "I will go Sasha. I will be at my Markus' side."

And with that the woman left the compound to follow the trail left by the Ulfric and the scent of his on the wind to guide her.

Marrec Olivier- Hati

As Markus approached the human hunter, Marrec shadowed him. His large frame was quiet, the prickling werewolf energy subdued to the point he could easily have passed for human if in the company of some of the best trained hunters – that is, if they were in a more normal location amongst less obvious werewolves. As it were, even without the energy sizzling around him like a miniature electrical storm, Marrec was a threat simply because of size and the soft, easy smile that curled his mouth upward but never touched the fathomless black eyes above. His posture appeared relaxed at a glance, but the looseness was simply the readiness of a werewolf willing to spring forward and take the bullet intended for his Ulfric, if the need arose. Every step the Ulfric took closer to the hunter, Marrec copied, but even his stalwart mind began to fret with the proximity – he simply wasn't as fast as Sasha. Where Sasha could blur in and out, removing threats, Marrec was more of a living shield and battering ram that could do more damage, but also in more time than the pack's Skoll.

His mouth opened to emit a protest, but Marrec quickly decided not to interrupt his Ulfric – the show of concern could very well convey weakness to the hunter. Instead, the enforcer let loose a quiet breath and settled in for the usual I'll-only-kill-you-if-I-must routine of bodyguard.

Sam Carroway – Geri

As the pack members split up, Markus and Marrec towards a stranger, Acacia guiding the new werewolf into the house, and Aldo back to the kitchen, Sam decided to strike out on her own. Energy sizzled along her skin as she teased the wolf closer to the surface, all too soon acquiring sharper teeth and nails alongside the wolfish eyes. Giving one last glance at the house and her fellow pack members, Sam moved along the side of the house until she was at the point where the trees rubbed up against the eaves. Feeling the shelter of the shadows swallow up her form, Sam began a brisk jog through the forest. Her bare feet left prints in the snow, but her skin stayed smooth and unperturbed by the cold wind that buffeted against her frame.

As Sam moved further into the surrounding woods, her body moved into low crouch that did little to reduce her speed. Dark hair streamed behind the moving woman, occasionally being thrown into her face by the strengthening wind. The wind was stronger in the mountains and carried scents from far away, but to Sam's surprise the scent of blood was strong – strong enough to be close to their home. Worry flitted across the Geri's face as she scented werewolves among the warm copper of blood. Did that new wolf bring more with her? Are we being attacked?

Sam leapt upwards, grabbing a thick bough and swinging herself into the tree. She climbed higher, limbs moving with muscle and ease despite the infrequent tree limbs. When she felt secure in her height, Sam began to follow the scent with utmost caution, becoming another whisper hidden under the wind. It wasn't long before she came upon the bodies, left to eventually be buried by the snow – and then revealed by the tardy sun.

A snarl ripped out of the woman's mouth, hands crooking into veritable claws as she crept closer. Scenting the wind, Sam found nobody to be close by, but someone had been... and they'd slaughtered Ted and Susanna. Her face began to contort, a muzzle lengthening out of her face. Sinking low to the ground and staring outward in the event of attackers, Sam let loose a piercing howl that rent the night's air.

Sasha - Skoll

"I will go Sasha. I will be at my Markus' side."

Sasha watched as Valerie sped out of the room, relieved that the Lupa would allow Sasha to return to Markus' side as well. Despite knowing she had to follow his commands, it was Markus' life she was supposed to be protecting, not his mate's. Although she had considered engaging more enforcers, Sasha was concerned with the potential problems that could arise from more dominant wolves. Venting a quick sight of relief, Sasha moved to follow Valerie.

A quick stop took the dark woman into her bedroom to grab a 12 gauge shotgun, sawed off for easier carry. Swinging it over her shoulder, Sasha followed the Lupa's trail with a quick, easy trot that was the benefit of long legs. She moved to the side so that anyone who saw the Lupa wouldn't immediately spot the enforcer, hoping to take any threat by surprise. With her pace, she quickly overtook the Lupa and followed the murmur of voices until they became clear, identifiable words. She spotted Marrec and Markus near a stranger who Sasha was quick to notice was armed. Baring her teeth in a grin full of malice and delight, the werewolf swung the shotgun forward and slowed to a stop, fixing the hunter in her sight.

William's eyes were locked on Markus, trying to predict his movements. There was a brief change in the demeanor of the Ulfric as he heard the word night spawn. An insult to the werewolf, William couldn't help but feel it to be wise to avoid insulting the man even further. "Perhaps I did stumble upon here by mistake, but if I dare say, the tracks certainly helped." More of the Ulfric's pack began to approach from behind him. The hunter glanced momentarily at each of them, noting that one of them even had a shotgun trained on him already. He huffed, the cold air steaming up due to his warm breathe.

The Ulfric, requesting that he remove his hands from his holsters, prompted him to smirk shortly. "Ulfric I presume, is it? As much as I would want to take you up on your offer of painting your snow today, i'll pass. After all the hunt is not why i'm here, not yet anyway." His hands slid back out of his pockets, and rested comfortably at his side. "If we don't find anything to disagree about, I might not ever have a reason to come back here either. I know my way back through the woods, although if you'd hear me out, I don't quite wish to make the hike back just yet." William patted his coat, trying to get some of the loose snow off himself. "I'm actually looking for a bit of hospitality perhaps. Maybe even a place to rest my legs till dawn if that's alright."

The fair skinned woman halted in her steps, listening quietly as the two men shifted while she waited for one of them to say something to the other; the first to speak was the mortal man. He was a hunter, not from out he looked - she was unable to see the guns on his sides - but from the faint smell of wolf blood that clung to him like a child to its mother. "Markus. . . " The woman stepped forward, coming up from behind her mate and touching his arm to gather an idea of where everyone was though she knew he'd be angry with her for coming along after her regardless. She turned her pale eyes toward the hunter across from them as he spoke, the cockiness in his voice and the prick of fear she felt as she realized how easily he could have tried to shoot her alpha.

"There is a small Motel in town. We can provide you with transportation. There is a diner across the street I'm sure you would like."

The Lupa smiled as she spoke, allowing herself to come across as friendly and kind though she didn't like the feeling she was getting from him, regardless of how many wolves were around and ready to kill him without hesitating to do so. She had always feared hunters much more than before since the incident with her eyes and though she didn't hate them at all it was just a distrust and general aversion to a person that which would just as easily stab you in the back as say hello. "Does that sound like enough?"

A frown began to grow across Markus face as the request to stay the night. He turned around for a moment in thought looking at each pack member that was around him. With a grunt he turns back to William and points a finger at him. “It is late, and I wouldn’t want you dying in the snow to be blamed on us.” He runs a hand through his hair. “You stay here for the night, but you will relinquish all arms, and you will have a shadow.” He stares at Marrec and waves a hand “you make sure he isn’t armed. Strip search him. In the snow. i don’t care if he likes it or not. Those are my rules.” He looks down at Valarie “I wish to speak to this hunter more before he leaves. I do not mean to leave you thinking I doubt your ideas.” He sniffs loudly and shakes his hed. “Though Val you and I will have a talk later about disobeying me, but for now come with me inside we have another guest to greet.” He looks to Sasha and his face wrinkles up in anger.

“YOU THOUGH! Were told to stay with her keep her safe, not let her come out here to me when I am face to face with such a man. You will meet me at the cliff in half a hour… Bring the cane.” the cane being a 4 foot piece of wood about as thick as a pool stick. Markus walked into the house slamming the door behind him aggravated at the sudden occurences of a strange werewolf, and a hunter on his very doorstep staying the night no less. “Damnit.” He walks into the kitchen where Aldo, and Vashti were. He sits down on a stool and hollars through the door. “Acacia! Carona, now! Two limes!” He says without any room for backtalk. “So Vashti, you didn’t answer me before, and in my current mood I will not stand for silence. What pack are you from and why are you here?”

Had almost lost herself completely to thought as she relaxed out in the chilled weather, though it was not to last as the demanding voice of her Ulfric hollered through the buildings walls, her eyes blandly opening with a quickly sighed breath. Pulling her knees up towards her chest and placing her feet flat on the floor she'd allow herself to rise and glance about the forestry surrounding the cabin before turning on her tip toes and heading at a quickened pace for the kitchen.

As she moved through the building barely a footstep could be heard, the only real sign she was coming towards them was the faint click of each door closing behind her. Upon entering the kitchen her eyes would flicker between every life form within, though they settled upon the creature who demanded her serve a drink.

Partially annoyed she'd roll her eyes, she thought lightly to herself, "I had to get up and walk all the way here, just to serve a drink." Maneuvering around the kitchen she'd head for the fridge and open the large door, slowly bending over she'd scan each shelf until she found the bottle she was after and quickly drew one out before placing it on the bench to the side of the large cold box, she'd then quickly reach for two already sliced up lime pieces and shut the door.

Glancing over her shoulder she'd place the lime pieces down beside the bottle, wrap one delicate looking hand around the bottle and quickly remove the tightly sealed lid from it's round rim. Dropping the lid afterwards she'd extend her arm to re-grab a lime slice and wiggle it slightly before it slid down the bottles neck and into the refrigerated liquid, she repeated this for the second and spun on her heels to face the Ulfric, walking towards the counter he sat at she'd lean upon it with her elbows and slide the bottle across it's surface, "One Corona with two lime slices," her voice soft with a partial accent clinging to it from her old home as a child.

Watching him now silently she'd allow those odd hues to dance over his form before suddenly looking towards everyone else in the room, she remained propped up on the counter as she fiddled with a small section of curled hair.

Sasha - Skoll

Indignation swung through Sasha's spine, causing her form to go rigid and her head to snap up as if struck. Dark eyes blazing with rage, she shot the Ulfric a surprisingly challenging look as he swept past her and into the house. Her hands curled into fists, itching to bruise flesh as the need to let the beast spill upwards until she shifted coursed through her veins. The anger that suffused her flesh with hot blood was hardly seen beneath the dark skin, but surely the scent of blood closer to her skin was obvious to the others. Shooting the hunter a look of menace, Sasha stalked past Marrec's bulky form and into the forest, ignoring the other enforcer's murmured protest.

Although she heard a howl raise up from a distance, Sasha gave no notice. It was a warning howl, but the concerns of the pack at large mattered little to Sasha. Growling deep in her chest, the werewolf sprinted into the forest and let the night take her rage. She moved with an ethereal grace that carried her over roots and holes hidden by snow that might otherwise have caused injury, her form a liquid shadow beneath the snow-laden trees.

She barely stopped before she came upon the cliff, spraying a cloud of snow over the edge. Staring down at what appeared a short and soft drop but in truth was sheer and lethal, Sasha slowly sank down until she lay splayed in the snow, wiggling her form until she was nearly buried. The cold seemed to leech away some of her hot rage, but the woman still released small intermittent growls. Cane. Cane. I'll push him right off this damn cliff, she thought with some acid, another growl trickling from her throat.

Marrec - Hati

Although he wasn't as surprised to see Sasha armed and ready for bear, Marrec knew her aggressive behavior would likely be bad form presently. The sight of the Lupa close behind made the man bite back a groan, knowing how protective the Ulfric was of the blinded werewolf - allowing her near danger was unacceptable, and the Ulfric responded in line with Marrec's train of though. Despite his predictions, Marrec's black eyes widened with surprise at the Ulfric's swift deterioration in mood. Even the mellow enforcer couldn't help but feel a spark of anger over Sasha's treatment. He moved to catch the woman before she stormed away, but Sasha dodged him and was soon out of sight. Heaving a sigh, Marrec turned back to the hunter and leveled him a less-than-friendly look.

“You heard the Ulfric. Get naked, man. Do it slowly.”

Crossing muscular arms across his chest and bracing his legs apart, Marrec stared the other man down, which was not the easiest feat given the similar heights. His focus on the man wavered briefly in response to the howl of a fellow werewolf, but Marrec didn't deviate from his present task.

When the Ulfric strode into the room Vashti almost jumped; turning with lowered eyebrows and brown eyes full of concern when he seated himself and demanded a drink. He was in a bad mood.....she could smell it off of him...

Turning the woman tensed as he shot a question her way. He was in a VERY bad mood.....and the way he asked her made Vashti wonder if she was the reason for the tension in the air.

She wasn't thrilled to answer, but spoke quickly for the sake of the Ulfric's temper, "I am from a pack many miles to the north of here; the Saril Pack. Not many have heard of it......."

Pausing she grimaced, then nodded to his second question, "There were.....circumstances....that forced me to abandon my pack and head out into open wilderness. It was by chance I happened across this place....and I assure you I am alone and mean no harm."

Believe me I'd gladly be back amongst my friends and pack members if it wasn't for that vile beast.....

Vashti thought back to the wretched male with a scowl on her face. He who had been so angry as to attack and very nearly kill her. All for what? Her refusal of his ridiculous affections?

Huffing at the memory she looked back up at the Ulfric; forcing her expression to relax and the smallest hints of a smile on her lips, "I will leave and be out of your fur by dawn. However I greatly appreciate you allowing me into your home; after what I've been through.......it's been nice to relax for a few hours and rest."

The woman who approached the Ulfic's side clearly was close to the man. The frustration he showed towards a member of his pack for failing to keep her inside showed the hunter valuable information. While he didn't plan to endanger the less than friendly individuals he's had the joy of meeting, they were after all still part wild animals. Unpredictable and driven by instinct. The one whom he witnessed the Ulfric deliver such anger towards, stormed off pass him and his newly assigned stalker. His guard made barely an attempt to stop her, and William decided it wasn't his place to say anything.

However, the hunter was pleasantly surprised that the Ulfric had permitted him to stay, but it would be of course by his rules. His rules however required him to strip down for a search. He stared at his new guard before chuckling slightly. "Of course your majesty.. I pack lightly however, so don't be disappointed." William began to slowly draw his two revolvers by their grips until they were fully outside his duster. "Hold these." He ordered Marrec as he spun them around and offered them to him. "I'd rather the snow not get in 'em." In the distance he heard a wolf howl, but that was not his concern, not yet anyway. He continued on disarming himself for his guard.

Next was his shield, which he unbuckled the straps of, followed by the mechanism mounted to his wrist. He set the two down on the ground, the chain rattling as it all piled on top of one another. His duster coat slid off, and he set it down on top of his shield, revealing a blue T-shirt and jeans underneath. "Might have to slide me a couple bills and a few drinks if you want me to strip down even more. I got nothing else to hide except what nature gave me." He crossed his arms with a smug look, clearly teasing his not too happy guard for his own amusement.

Marrec – Hati

Although Marrec wasn't as interested as Sasha in weapons, he was familiar with them and had his own more basic collection. When the hunter handed over the revolvers, Marrec took them readily enough and shoved them in the waistband of his jeans. He watched the rest of the undressing with half-hooded eyes before kneeling down and tugging the pile of discarded things towards him. Keeping a wary eye on William, Marrec riffled through the duster until he was satisfied. Shoving the pile further behind him so he stood between the items and William, Marrec moved to stand closer to the man.

“Let us hope I don't find anything when I pat you down; the Ulfric would not take kindly to any deception,” he said, his voice a deep and gravelly baritone. The enforcer moved to stand behind the hunter and gave a long pause where he simply stood there, staring at the nape of the man's neck before giving a thorough once-over and scenting the man for the tell-tale oil smell of guns. Despite the intentional build-up, Marrec went about the pat-down in a brisk, professional manner that scoured every inch of the man's body for any weapons, including removing the man's hat to feel for any hidden weapons and yanking the man's feet up one by one to inspect around his shoes and along the inner lining.

Marrec was only satisfied once he had liberally invaded the man's personal space and was assured that nothing lay hidden on the man's body or within his clothing. Straightening away from the man, Marrec lifted up the duster and other items. He offered the duster back, but kept an obvious hold on everything else. Not one to hold a grudge, Marrec offered a fleeting grin. “I'll be keeping your weapons until the Ulfric says otherwise. They'll be kept safe, of course. I think we can go inside now." Gesturing towards the sliding door that had been the primary way in and out for the wolves, Marrec offered a slight, mocking bow. “Humans first.”

The woman wolf had tilted her head, lowering her gaze slightly while the Ulfric barked off orders in displeasure and knowing that he was angry with her for being so blindly reckless she did not reach out to touch him as he stormed passed her, the door to the house slamming behind her while he left. She could practically feel the fury broiling below the surface where she would normally have sense softer feelings though she had gone against his will to protect her. When Sasha move on the other hand she lifted her gaze and looked in the direction that which she heard footsteps coming from as well. "I will do my best to cool his fury before he finds you." She spoke, her voice soft still though resigned and alone in the silence save for the growing anger of those around her. She disliked it and found that today had been a rather stressful day for her Ulfric and instead of choosing to add to it by following him inside straight away, she watched the two male ahead of her - the hunter and the wolf.

"Marrec."

She halted the two as they tried to pass her, her hands held in front of her while she blinked open her eyes and looked toward the hunter. They were pale, cold, the line though them stark and obvious though it did not seem to hinder her as she turned toward the hunter and watched him with those same blind eyes. "If you touch my Ulfric, I will show you the end of days." She said to him, her own voice showing a rare annoyance at the appearance of the man who'd shown up today, armed to kill them. She closed her eyes again and spun away, walking straight toward the house without another word and found her way to the kitchen door, silently counting steps as she went.

The scent of Markus was strong and she could hear him speaking with the loner he had brought in earlier that day, though she had not wanted to disturb them, so instead of walking inside she waited near the door to see if he would call on her or ask her to go for now. If she must then she would wait for him again in a more private part of the house and find her quiet and peace again. Oddly enough though, Valerie felt as if she would be needed here, to speak calmly to the girl where her mate was loud and forceful.

Markus' entrance very nearly gave Aldo a heart attack, and it was by pure luck that he managed to place the tray onto the kitchen counter before he could drop it out of fright. His tone of voice and the energy that rolled off of him told Aldo that the Ulfric wasn't in the best of moods, and was apparently far enough from the best of moods that a human would probably be able to tell. The relatively-new werewolf cringed in the man's presence and went utterly white as Markus demanded a drink. Frantically, hoping to placate the leader, Aldo grabbed a couple cookies and offered them to the Ulfric, unable to hide his fear that he would get his hands chomped off.

Next he listened attentively to Vashti and thumbed through his memory, but was unable to recall ever learning about a Saril Pack. He also found himself wondering what exactly the circumstances were that had forced her to leave, but unless the Ulfric decided to ask, as far as Aldo was concerned it was absolutely none of his business. And the frown that had already been on his face deepened just slightly when Vashti promised to be out of there by dawn. Get yourself together, Aldo. It's not like you could even give her a mug of hot chocolate, anyway.

Very quietly he turned to go through the fridge after deciding that everyone here could probably use some venison. He took a deep breath and lifted some raw slices of the meat out onto the counter.

Acacia listened lightly to everything happening within the room, watching postures and reactions as she leaned her figure upon the counter top. The Lupa had entered and placed herself off to the side, out of the way and for some unknown reason she couldn't help but grin lightly, she wasn't a fan of much, she preferred her solidarity and somehow the idea of the Lupa shoved to the side amused her, but she made no noise to give away such. Though she focused herself back to the conversation of the Ulfric and Stranger she'd cock her head slightly at the name of her previous pack and merely shrugged it off.

Before long she'd slowly straighten and without saying anything she'd begin heading for the exit, her steps precise and directed as she left the room and headed for the guest quarters of the building. Obviously having something to do, she'd barely even flinch at the other werewolves scattered about the house, she knew were she was going and she would maneuver around anything she had to before ending up in a decently sized room, it had a door off to one corner, a decently sized looking single bed, a chest of drawers, and a desk with nothing upon it at this point. She'd slowly head towards the chest of drawers as she began to strip of the over-sized mens clothing, she'd open a draw and pull out a pre-stacked pile of clothing that made a full outfit.

She'd slid the drawer shut with a thud before heading towards that extra door, opening it and then swinging it shut lightly behind her she'd drop her clothes onto the small vanity and head for the bath, she'd allow the water to run while she moved to the mirror, the reflection of her pale, porcelain skin and those bright eyes stared directly back at her, she'd reach to grab a brush and began to brush out the partially curled locks of hair so they sat neatly over her shoulders and down her back.

After the bath was finished being filled she'd return to it, turning off it's source of filling before raising a leg and stepping in, she'd bring the other up to follow and rotating so she could crouch and eventually roll onto her back and extend her legs. With a gentle voice she'd emit a gentle 'ah' in a sigh of relief and let her head fall upon the white back of the tub, close falling shut as she allowed herself to dissipate into thought, blocking everyone else from her mind as she enjoyed the feeling of warmth, serenity, the water massaging and molding around her figure between her limbs leaving it's wet gleam upon her skin.

She'd completely lose herself at this point and if anyone called she'd not respond, she'd not fallen asleep, but she wanted peace, she wanted her separation from being too close and with that enjoyed whatever it was she could possibly have been thinking of.

North padded slowly through the heavy snow, each pawstep becoming more painful and tired. Her ribs showed plainly through her coat, her eyes were half-lidded, and she moved as though a stiff breeze might bring her down. Panting in effort, the dark sky seemed to swim every time she could manage to lift her head. She'd only been a wolf for about a month, and being solitary during that time had cost her nearly every meal. North knew that the creature who had bitten her had been a werewolf, but she still had no knowledge as to how to return to her human form and was becoming too weak to even attempt at this point.

An unfamiliar scent hit her nose, interrupting her thoughts. Wearily, she looked up and spotted an apparently agitated woman laying down in the snow ahead. North approached her hesitantly, submissive body language coming to her instinctively. She looked at Sasha and wondered if she should perhaps try to run.

William held his arms outwards away from his body as his guard went about the pat-down. It was brisk, and not much of a delay. The night was colder, and even more so without his coat on, his body shivering slightly. He glanced around his surroundings, wondering what the woods would look like during much warmer weather. It was something he looked forward to, but it felt unlikely to the hunter that he'd be willing to stay in one place long enough to see that change.

Once his guard felt confident that William couldn't be hiding any more weapons, he offered him back his coat, and kept the shield and his guns with him. The hunter nodded his head, understanding the guard's reasons. It made him feel uneasy, having his tools taken away like this, but the whole situation gave him an excuse to have a fist fight with a werewolf, if a fight broke out. Unlikely a situation however, the thought still lightened the hunter's mood however. After sliding his coat back over himself, and readjusting his hat, the two made their way back to the cabin, only to be halted once more by the pale eyed girl.

"If you touch my Ulfric, I will show you the end of days."

The threat, said with an ounce of annoyance towards the hunter, prompted the man to raise a brow as if he were questioning her. "I've already seen my end of days.." William thought to himself, a slight frown coming over his face. "Every other day after that I've managed to get by with sheer willpower and copious amounts of alcohol." He watched her return to the door, feeling that it would be sensible to not anger an already upset sounding wife.

“Humans first.”

William's frown vanished, snapping back to as he glanced over at his guard. He nodded with a smirk, and proceeded towards the sliding door. "Marrec, is it?" He asked before tapping himself on the chest. "The name's William."

Arriving at the door, he slid it open and stepped inside, his boots making a thud every step on the wood floors.

Sasha – Skoll

As the falling snow came to rest on her quiet body, Sasha sank into something like a trance. Her thoughts wafted on a warmer breeze than that which passed over her, tugging wayward locks away from her angular face. Her breathing deepened, slipping past slightly parted lips to fog the air above her face. She debated going back to the house and grabbing Charles, but Sasha knew she'd have to talk with Markus eventually, and putting it off wouldn't do. It was best to know where they stood, she figured.

The air currents seemed to shift, causing Sasha to resurface to full awareness. With blurring speed, Sasha lifted off the ground and spun, planting hands and feet into the snow. She faced the strange wolf in homid form, but the innate alpha quality of her character emanated from her posture and the aggressive way she stared at the other. Several moments passed before Sasha truly saw the state of the other wolf's health as well as the submissive posturing.

Curious, Sasha relaxed into a more comfortable position and settled her hands on her knees to show a lack of threat.

“Hullo there,” she murmured easily, contralto voice lowered so as to not startle the other. She focused her concentration on the mind of the other, uncertain if she could communicate with a wolf outside her own pack. Brow knitting and head tilting slightly to the side, Sasha placed considerable force behind the thought she aimed at the other werewolf.
