Required power-limit - 2-3 powers
I do hope many of the characters will start out in the 16-18 age group.

6. Human shifting (for as long as desired)

just a reminder these powers are generalizations there are many branch powers with all of these!

Race: witch or some would call her that
Powers: witch powers - small affinity for weather, (similar to the witches of vampire diaries).
Weapons: 2 Swords with added lighting spell (later in the Rp)
Personality: she is shy but fun, she trusts her gut feeling and her actions are guided by her heart. She loves staying up all night and watching the moon and the stars
Bio: *she had been born at a hospital in a military base by one of the mothers on base, her mother died giving birth and her father died in the war, the military didn't know what to do with her so she was sent to a laboratory for 16 years of her life. For the first time since they started the experiments, they decided to let her join the kids that were also experimented on. Little did they know she planned to break out the same day.

(I am only putting enought info for the beginning because i want to add things to her bio later as plot twists!)

Nether Manipulation: He has not fully mastered this power, therefore he doesn't have full control over it. When angered he is able to use his power to its full potential for a short period of time, at the cost of his life force.

Aether Manipulation: He has not fully mastered this power, therefore he doesn't have full control over it.

Weapons: A Scythe and A Sword.

Personality: Tetsuya is a kind and noble soul. He can be a bit hard headed and wants to protect everything he holds dear.

Bio: All Tetsuya remembers is living in the lab. He has no memories of his past, just like if he was born in there. Tetsuya's powers were created by the scientists whom wanted to reach the level of God and Control all Life and Death.
