The Successor
I am the prince/princess of Heroica. I am fourteen year old and the Kings firstborn. I have two brothers, one eight the other eleven.
As a child I used to...
A). Play a lot with my other siblings. We had a lot of fun even though they were much younger. Daddy gave us a lot of toys to play with, the nicest meals to eat and we were always safe from the outside world. Dad always told us it was dangerous out there.
B). Sneak out a lot. Dad always told me it was dangerous out there but that's a lie! Or maybe he was partly right there are some real mean people out there but my point is that it holds so many wonders. Most of my friends are commoners who are twice as fun as the other stuck up royals or my brothers. Dad didn't find out very often but when he did he would scold me real bad.
C). Follow my father a lot. The things he did was always so interesting. My brothers never shared my interest in royal stuff but I got to explore the other kingdoms, attend to big royal meetings and he even lets me inside the royal library. Dad says when I grow up and become a king myself I will be a great ruler.
I heard many people says the King is mad and should step off his throne...
A). But How can they even claim that? My dad is prefect! He gives me awesome stuff, I have my own room with servants and luxuries and not to mention I'll always be safe. Who would call such a great man mad?
B). And I can sort of agree with them. Have he even seen the outside world? People are laying on the streets starving! Many of my friends are so poor they can't afford to pay the rent sometimes. Sometimes I really wonder if dad takes his work seriously.
C). But they have no idea how hard it is to be a ruler. You have to please everyone at all times with such limited resources. He tries his best but people and events just makes it so hard for him. Maybe in the future I can make up for all the trouble that caused my father if I learn about his misfortunes.
When I become king I want to...
A). Live my life in luxury. Not everybody gets the chance to be king! I'm going to make Heroica the most enjoyable kingdom in the world.
B). Help the people! I will save this wretched kingdom and bring it back to it's former glory!
C). Make sure those who rack down upon my father will pay. No one is fit to blame him for anything and I'll give them a piece of my mind!
The Recruit
You are a new recruit in the Kings army. During the recent years the King have made a huge investment in military and more people are getting recruited everyday. You are twenty two years old and the only son/daughter in your family.
I wanted to enlist the Kings army because...
A). I was running out of options. My family needs help to pay their rent and it's so hard to find a honest job somewhere. This was kind of my last option.
B). Someone need to defend this kingdom! Those wretched scums who dares to oppose our King shall pay with every last drop of blood. I'll make sure no one will take down our glorious kingdom.
C). I always liked fighting. Ever since I was small I got in trouble. Nothing I can't handle of course. It's simply the thing I'm best at and my parents always tell me you should embrace your talents.

A). I helped my parents a lot. It's a hard world and everybody needs to help if you are going to make it through. I helped mama in the kitchen and papa at his store while he still owned it.
B). I used to hang out a lot with the other kids. I actually made me some reputation among the higher ups. I'm glad I did it otherwise I would've never known about the situation we are in. Everybody uses are kingdom. It's just not fair!
C). I just to fight. A lot. I never hold a grudge against anyone but I really needed to let of some steam. I tried to pick on the bullies and those who deserved it but in the end someone could have met my fist. The unfairness in this world made me so angry back then.
When I'm fully trained I want to join...
A). The support unit. I rather not throw my life away that easily and I guess I'm still a valuable part of the army.
B). The vanguard. I want to see the looks on their faces when the might of heroic crush them under its feet. It will be glorious.
C). The garrison. I don't have anything against the other countries. It would be nice if I just could stick with defending my own.
The Commoner
You are one of the many who lives in Henriburg. You try to make a living during these hard times. You are thirty eight years old and have a family of your own.
A wife/husband and a 9 year old daughter. You are trying to do your best to survive and to earn enough money for the rent and to keep your family fed.
I work at...
A). The tailor shop. Making clothes for those snarky higher ups. They are very ungrateful but valuable customers. I wish someday I might be able to make a wedding dress for our future queen. That would be the stuff of legends.
B). The local smithy. I'm an apprentice smith. One of the lucky few who got the job. I don't know how I feel about working at a weapon smithy but it gives a good payment. I actually get to test the guns he make. I would bet there are many who will never hold one of these in their entire life.
C). The industry. I carry logs, saw logs, carry planks, keep the machines going and much more of the heavy industry work. It's bad payment but it's a honest job. I wish I could get out of here someday and get a job with a higher standard but at the moment there is not a single option out there. Unless I would want to waste my life in the army.
A dream I have is...
A). To someday become a duchy/duchess of some region. I know it's most unlikely but I can always dream. I would so spoil my family if that would happen.
B). To bring down the King. That wretched man don't deserve to sit on the throne a moment longer. We need a change! We need food to feed our families!
C). To escape this kingdom with my family. Once we earn enough money we should leave for good. This is no place for my daughter to grow up.
I would want my daughter to grow up to be...
A). A real beauty. Everyone will adore her and she would get her way with anything. Every duke and even the future King will want her.
B). A strong and independent women who won't take orders from anyone. She would be able to take care of herself and make her own decision in life.
C). A hardworking girl who makes sure to keep her family alive and take care of her mother and I when we grow old and tired.
The Miserable
You thought the commoners had it tough? You should see yourself. Let down by all rules of society you live on the streets, fighting for your survival everyday.

Before I hit the streets I was...
A). Working in the industry. They kicked me out however because they couldn't afford to keep all the manpower.
B). Serving the Garrison. I got kicked out because I was on the trail to some corrupted sergeant and he got me kicked out for some bullshit reason.
C). One of the royal servants. The King had me excluded though because some jealous lower servant framed me as a thief.
If I could wish for one thing it would be...
A). A feast. I don't know how long it has been since I had a proper meal.
B). A home. The streets are so cold, especially during the winter time of year.
C). A girl/boy. I can't even remember the last time I felt a lovers touch.
My family...
A). Starved to death in the streets. Giving me the little food they had left. I cried so much that day...
B). Got murdered. Some muggers slit their throats while taking the few things they had on. If I could get my hand on them...
C). Got executed. Some guard made some claims and before I knew it they had their heads chopped off at the executioner...
After you created a character I will keep track of your character sheet which will tell you how good you are at things and how you are as a person. So get creating, name your character, give it a gender and pick your backstory. Don't forget to give your character a name and pick a difficulty between easy - medium - hard.
