And I have no excuse for this. So I'm just a flat-out hypocrite.
I find it really irritating to have made the mistake of 'dating' (aka hesitantly getting to know for the better part of a month) someone who is supposed to be an adult, then having them handle a 'breakup' in the most highschool way possible.
Here's a tip kids: if you wanna be childish and break up via text then intend not to ever talk to the person again, don't: live in the same building or have an overlapping circle of friends. You will make it shitty and awkward for yourself, not just the person you're being petty to.
Now I have to scope out dining halls to make sure I won't run into him, and feel awkward when friends of mine who he's friends with are torn between who to eat with. Like fucking A, I wouldn't make people choose like that.
Anyway, sorry guys. I'm just stressed, tired, it's the end of the year, and I hate that I was pulled into petty drama like this. I always avoided it in HS.
FFS we're both in our 20s, we should be adults about this.
