I've actually got a character analogous to the Kingpin lined up as an NPC villain. We only seem to have one person playing as a criminal at the moment.

Give me a few minutes to look over completed character sheets here.

Gwen looks good, except for one thing. Her invulnerability to everything except decapitation is a little much, maybe tone it down a little.

Any ETA on when the IC will be up? If it's not within the next like 2 hours I probably wont be able to get a post up.

Well I have no issue with violence and once I reread the rules I may have an idea of a character.

My problem is writing enough.

Though this is not my first superhero game, I co-mod the Gifted.

Okay, I added another weakness under the weakness tab. I'll make it so she can die by incineration and maybe by piercing her heart too?

Tess's allegiance will be tailored by the actions of others and what happens around her. Thanks to @BlueAjah's character I doubt she'll really dip to the villain side.

I'll go ahead and make a villain. I plan on making an ex-mortician turned fortune teller/con artist who can see 5 seconds into the future. He will also be able to see when a non-caught will die. I just want to make an interesting character with time-powers.

Are we allowed to have and control NPCs? Namely, I'd like to have control over a police officer, and my character's therapist.

NPCs are fine, as long as they're not used for godmodding purposes. You guys are free to have your own Commissioner Gordon or Mary Jane.
