First I'd like to say that this video is partly what inspired me to seek a witcher RP, I am also playing through the wild hunt at the moment which I am thoroughly enjoying. I never considered the witcher universe
First I'd like to say a bit about myself and what you can expect from me. I am 25 so mature themes are more than fine with me which is kind of needed considering the universe is pretty dark a lot of the time. I will always try to correct any spelling and/or grammar mistakes I may have made but sometimes I do miss them and I consider myself to write at a casual/low advanced level in which I will always write a few paragraphs minimum but my introduction posts are longer and if I am feeling particularly motivated or the scene calls for it I can write quite a lot. I do get quite busy at times but I will try to post as often as possible, at least once a week but hopefully more. Whilst we do not have to chat about anything outside of the RP it'd be nice since I enjoy meeting new people and it makes the whole experience that much better! One last thing and I feel it's very important: communication. I will ALWAYS let my partner know if I will be delayed in posting or if anything pops up in real life. I'm pretty sure this is needed for a healthy RPing relationship. =P
So to keep things shortened slightly I will make what I expect from my partner brief: they should be fine with mature themes but I imagine anyone looking at this would be if they know the universe, at least attempt to fix spelling/grammar mistakes, casual to low advanced level of writing, post at least once a week, like I said before you don't have to chat with me about anything outside of RP but I'm more than happy to talk about other stuff, let me know if you can't post and do not just disappear on me. That's how I end up abandoning RP's and it feels terrible. =/
I think that's more or less it. Oh and for RP formats I like: PM's on the guild, google docs, email. I'd be willing to hear out other methods too!
Onto the plot itself, before I go any further I will admit I am not too knowledgeable about the whole witcher universe but I am willing to read the necessary pieces of information and besides I'll learn as I play the game. My preferable idea (but nothing is set in stone) is sort of a love/hate sort of relationship between a witcher and a creature that he has been contracted to hunt. To make this work more he was going to be a witcher who has just finished his training and has been let loose on the world but hasn't actually came face to face with any creatures yet so he's not so set in his ways as say a century old veteran. Other possibilities for the female character could be: another witcher, human, sorceress, soldier, anything else really so I am willing to discuss different ideas with whoever is interested though I think the one with a creature would be most interesting.
Only looking for one partner for this, pretty sure I covered most things. Ah well thanks for reading! ^_^ Please send me a PM if interested.
