I'm looking for advanced roleplay partners who can quench my thirst for a good story with an original narrative and characters. I’m drawn to a large variety of genres and themes, and I have plenty of time to write nowadays.
My regular posts average between 4 - 5 paragraphs, but I'll get hopelessly carried away if you reciprocate generously.
Grammar, spelling and sentence structure are important. I don’t mind a mistake every once and a while, but I’d prefer a partner who can write proficiently.
I roleplay in 3rd person past tense, I’d like it if you did too.
Creativity is the key. I love plotting and world building with my partners, and obviously this requires OOC communication.
I'm looking for fairly active partners; a post a day is fine, but I can probably manage several. If we go two weeks without communication, I'll consider the roleplay dead.
I enjoy playing both male and female characters equally, and I don’t care about your real-life gender.
In addition to our two main characters, I also like filling my fictional worlds with secondary characters to help bring the story to life. I’d ask that you be able to do the same, depending on the roleplay.
Romance is an adored and natural part of most stories, but I don't want to rest an entire roleplay on its shoulders. I find romance works best in a story when combined with other plot devices and conflicts that have little to do with it. I don't plan for romance, but if it happens then I'll go with it.
I don’t roleplay fandoms, sorry. I have some original plots in mind, and I’m always open to your ideas too.
I can post via thread, PM, email or Google Docs (pssst, I like PMs best).

Plots~
Here’s where I’ll post original plots; details can be altered as necessary.
With the death of the last matriarch, the dragons were erased from the world they had watched over for 20,000 years. Slain by their own creations, the Immortal Elves driven mad by timelessness and corruption, perhaps the Dragons are blame for their extinction. The long, grisly genocide lasted years in the frozen North. Only the short-lived mortals remain, cowering in the South—they have no defense against the magic-wielding elves and their unquenchable bloodlust.
But not all elves were driven mad by their own immortality. Against all odds, a youngling escaped the carnage and fled South, hoping to find the last human half-breed capable of learning elven magic. The half-breed, unaware of their role in the upcoming war, will learn the ancient magics required to overcome the seemingly insurmountable force that threatens to destroy the world.

The Aviary has held political dominion over the sky ever since the ground withered up and spat it out with its last dying breath. Above the fallout and the smog and the refuse of former civilization, the Aviary is humanity’s last landmark—a sleek, minimalist city with a media-obsessed population and a dangerously xenophobic prime minister. Avians do not bother worrying about the war-torn earth below them, or the past, or the future—or anything, for that matter. They have enough pre-war indulgences to forget the endless, sprawling wreckage beneath them… or the people who might live there.
Although they see the Aviary through the haze, the Scavengers have only myths and stories to account for its presence. Combing over the rubble and ruins of the earth for precious technology and parts, Scavengers are an enduring people descended from those who were left behind. Physical mutations burden their bodies from the noxious residue of nuclear war. Famine and disease plague their nomadic tribes. Their existence is a far cry from the head-in-the-clouds nonchalance of the Avians, who are as unaware of the Scavengers as they are of them.
But that is about to change. The everyday routine of both societies will shatter when a bright young Scavenger gains access to the Aviary from the ground. Her arrival will set an entire revolution in motion, unless the Prime Minister can quell the storm and transform the stubborn Scavenger into a more compliant poster child for his political campaign.
With the delicate balance of the Aviary in jeopardy, the apocalyptic mistakes of the past are bound to resurface.
