Alright there is no rush :) there is some people we're waiting for.
And like I mentioned just a few moments ago; IC won't start just yet since I am moving house next week (so might be off for a few days). So there is no rush, what so ever.
Consider this as a sort of description of one of the chars I want to play as, rather than a proper CS.
BLOOD KNIGHT IRAD I'll smite Heaven's golden pride, And never pity thee, Immaculate Divine.
Backstory: few remember the times when Irad first escaped his mother's womb: an old story, often told among the recruits of the Therion cabal, is that he did so by clawing and biting at the flesh of the uterus, claiming his first victim even before drawing his first breath. He joined his cabal at an early age, not long after the Council was first estabilished, distinguishing himself as a warrior numerous times on the field of battle. The true test of his mettle arrived only much later in his life, outside the walls of the ancient Elven city of Yernann-òg. A detachment of Therion warriors were sent forward to attack the exposed flank of the elven army, but fell to an ambush in the dense woods: almost half the company was slain, including Irad's predecessor. When defeat seemed inevitable and the Elves had victory within their grasp, Irad rallied around him what remained of his company, and led them in a devastating full charge against the Elven forces. It was a massacre: the Therion, after breaking through the defense lines, managed to break through one of the city's gates. The city was put to the torch, the inhabitants butchered, enslaved, and sacrifices, and Irad was hailed as a hero and proclaimed Blood Knight. Since then, he has been ruling over his cabal with an iron fist, and his cruelty has few equals in Enoch.
Armor, Weapons and Mount: Irad fights with a huge, bulking metal armor, a greatshield, covered in notches representing slain foes, and a large battleaxe, lovingly named Gut-eater. His mount, named Moloch, is a massive Hellhound, adorned with the bones of those who tried to contest Irad's rule.
• Sherwin has the ability to command plants and trees to do his bidding. While this ability can be draining if used multiple times in a day, it is deadly when his enemies are treading among the forest. • His long time among the flora of the land has allowed him to effortlessly meld into the landscape like a stick insect amongst the branches, practically invisible when he chooses to be. • Any clean water that Sherwin comes across can be granted healing properties when it passes over his body, so dipping his wounds in streams means a quick fix when he is injured. • Being a master of the bow, Sherwin can fire multiple arrows at once, in quick succession and with deadly accuracy. His knowledge of plants and their properties means he carries many poisons and concoctions of his own to add to the tips of his arrows.
Sherwin was left as a babe at the foot of his tribe’s ancient Birch tree when his mother fled, their village being burnt to the ground by raiding Orcs from the high peaks above the forest. He lay on the soft bed of leaves as his mother was cut down in front of him by a pursuing pillager.
On the first day it rained and he cried, his sharp screams breaking over the forest and bouncing from rain drop to rain drop. On the second day he slept, as still as the trees around him, his tears dried while he dreamt of his mothers and fathers faces. On the third day he was silent, peering up into the canopy above him and at the butterflies as they passed over his head.
On the fourth day, the Birch tree reached down with its old bark arms and picked Sherwin up, holding him to its moss covered chest.
On the fifth day, the Ancient Ent heaved out its feet, its great roots breaking through the earth then walked slowly and steadily deeper into the forest.
On the sixth day they arrived at the Burrow of Arbre, the oldest of the Ent Rada. Leaving the babe Sherwin at the caves entrance, the Ent entered and did not return for many days.
During the 6 days that he was left by the cave entrance, Sherwin was visited multiple times by the fey creatures attracted to great magic radiating from the cave. They brought him food and drink, sang soft lullabies to him and one dryad even took him in her soft arms and rocked him slowly to sleep as she pranced among the flowers. When the Birch finally returned it took him in its arms once more and returned into the cave. For the next 40 years Sherwin was taught the ways of the forest and trained himself if the use of a bow – his tribes weapon of choice.
His time among the Ents and Fey creatures has earned him the name Barkson. When he eventually left the safety of the Ambre, he was given a small black wolf cub Jrieka, named after his lost village.
For the 13 years that followed up until the present day he has been roaming the forests of the land with Jrieka, looking for evil to crush beneath nature’s green boot. As the sole survivor of his tribe, Sherwin holds the name Darkmoss with great pride.
@Pripovednik He looks like a great addition Prip :)
You can add him to the character section. Did you want to add more secondary characters, that would be a filling in some parts of the story *if we had some characters die ect*, It's been mentioned a bit earlier. But I would like some feed back on that, if players want to have their characters die or not....
@Pripovednik I am thinking, it might be a good idea to have some secondary characters (that don't have as much importance as the main one's do)
If we want to kill of the main one's, we could bring them back somehow...resurrection and what not.
The characters can be any specie you want them to be. They can fit into any of the settings e.g Striverton...or any general area of Telshore. They won't need as much detail so you can use this CS for any secondary character.
@Pripovednik You just noticed? I did edit the plot-line a bit. Just a brief outline, but we're still going along with the Lord of the Ring sort of thing :) Oh lol.
Name:The Dead Empire Religion:The Cult of undeath, It is the worship of the Lich Lord that rules over the undead, only the smart undead practice this religion while the other ones have no choice due to having no intelligence of their own. Ruled by:The Dead Court-A variety of intelligent undead under the command of the lich lord. Everyone has a voice but the Lich Lord's is loudest. It is made up of Liches, death knights, necromancers, and vampires. Enemies/Alliances:They are the enemy of just about anything that lives, and any undead that have a affiliation with the living. Education System:None, they lesser undead have no intelligence and exist only to serve their masters and consume the living. Defense/Weapons:They believe in swarm tactics whole waves of lesser undead will chase down and consume the enemy, they don't tire, they don't feel pain, they only feel hunger. They use weapons of all types, and when they kill and reanimate someone they bring that knowledge into the empire to be used, so it's very possible to see undead using all types of weapons and magics. Any Landmarks/special information about the Kingdom:
History:There used to be a time where The Dead Empire used to be well a great empire of the living, a empire that sought knowledge and above all else power. This led to a string of petty tyrants taking power, and the formation of the great obsidian spire that stands in the capital of Straggrad the libarium a source of knowledge that could be accessed by anyone in the world and it was here where a frail old man by the name of Thomas Spindle found a book. It spoke of immortality, and great power. In the hands of a great mage like Spindle.
He practiced what the book spoke of, performing odd rituals under the light of the moon. Unknown to him and others this was the start of necromancy incredibly evil and dark magic. Thomas started with reanimating rats before moving onto entire graveyards and before the old empire could stop him it was crawling in the dead and those who joined Spindle wanting the power they craved, only one thing remained for him to do and that was to practice a incredibly complex but very powerful ritual that would give him immortality and the power he craved, the path of the lich.
As one could guess the ritual was a success, and he became the lich lord of the Dead Empire, those who joined him were allowed to do as they please and were given power over their own little wedge of the empire, where the undead they turned were their servants and they became the dead court. The humans that resisted were pushed out of their former homes, or forced into hiding where they became a active group of guerrilla's within the empire but for each one that falls they join their enemies.
