Bio: Sillus was born and raised in Conall Curach, that was until the meteor smashed into the ground many many miles away. The impact of the rock had sent shock waves all the way to his village. They might as well have had suffered from an earthquake, for the devastation was about the same. His village was destroyed, and to make things worse as they began to build it back up, strange monsters, and behemoths and ghosts began to pour in by the the hundreds. The Selkie were forced to flee their land in order to survive. As they traveled, many of the Selkie in the group began to get very weak and then die. Everyone began to blame the strange mist that now covered the ground. Sillus' family and many others all died, only him and few others were able to find a haven in the Plains of Fum. Barely alive, he was treated right away and eventually made a full recovery. Burning with anger that his family and home were destroyed, Sillus devoted his life to killing monsters and taking back his homeland.

Personality: Vane is a very meek and gentle boy, he's quick to shy away from what he precises as conflict. It's this mentality that made learning to wield a weapon so hard for him. However, he has no problem fighting monsters. In fact, he approaches monster fights with a mostly blase attitude, as if killing them is just a tedious chore. Granted this is only if he feels that he's not in any danger. If he does feel like his life is threatened, then he enters a sort of 'deadly calm' state.

Spellsword: Add's a spell to a weapon (though it doesn't have to be a sword like the name suggests). This ability's range is the same as his spell-casting range

Bio: Vane's father died when he was just a baby, leaving him all alone with his single mother...and three older sisters. One would think that being raised in a household drenched in estrogen would have a major impact on his life, and they would be right...but not in the way they think. You see, Vane's mother and sisters were all very tomboyish, very much so. Strong willed, loud and aggressive (but not violent). Coupled with his small amount of interaction with people that weren't his mother or sister, and it led him to believing that the female stereotype, and the tomboy stereotype were one and the same. To him; feminine girls are different, not tomboys.

While he never got anymore then incompetent with weapons, he proved to be proficient with magic, even learning the Spellsword spell (who's name comes from the regiment of Yuke soldiers who first used it. Not from the type of weapon it could be used on). So when he showed an interest in joining the caravan, his family didn't have (enough of) a reason to protest his choice. Although his sisters were still reluctant to let their baby brother go
