Rhyming 'system' with 'system' and singing about selling dope.

Truly the finest poet of our times, and a window to the human soul.

Yes, but if you look at the words before system, she’s rhyming booming with cooling.

The system part is supposed to be attached to those, thus making booming system rhyme with cooling system.

Why doesn't she put emphasis on the words 'booming' and 'cooling', then, instead of 'system'? Maybe I just can't comprehend her properly because of her shrill voice and the excessively profane, meaningless lyrics of every pop monstrosity she's ever unleashed on the unwitting public.

@Taaj No conspiracy here. Pop songs all sound alike. That's the result of laziness, not an elaborate Illuminati brainwashing plot.

Say what you will, but her voice sounds unique, and when Nicki spits, she does it really well.

But this is all opinion, and we all have are likes and dislikes, so in the end what I say doesn’t really matter.

Unique does not mean good. Even so, as uniquely unappealing to the ear as Nicki Minaj's voice is (even before it becomes incomprehensible as human speech after electronic overproduction), her actual music, taking everything into account besides just her voice, is anything but unique. Any one of her songs is indistinguishable from any of the tracks of her contrived 'rivals'.

Actually, I take back that last sentence. As musically terrible as Lil' Kim and Iggy Azalea are, nothing is a more perfect demonstration of the fact that 'unique' and 'good' are not synonymous as hit single Stupid Hoe.

This is the issue here. I'm sure that, if a lot of pop musicians made an effort, their stuff would be decent. You don't reach that point for nothing.

But punching out identical, insipid commercial tracks to be popular for a few months before being retired to grocery store playlists is a hell of a way to waste talent.
