It was specifically referring to what she was saying, not when it was published.

Hell, I grew up in the 90's and even back then I felt like a lot of that stuff was stupid. XD Not that there weren't some amazing comics coming out back then (Sandman was, is and will always be one of my favourite western comic series of all time, for example), but... Oh god it's like every writer who read Watchmen completely misinterpreted what it was trying to say. ^^; Kind of embarrassing, really...

I'm just glad that we've (for the most part) moved on from the 90's Anti-Hero. God, I can't stand that trope.

What's the ETA on the IC thread starting?


I'm going to wait for one or two more CS's before opening it up, but if there's no objections, and people want me to, I'll open it up sooner. When would you like it to start?

Okay guys, in answer to @Byrd Man's question, I say we do a vote. Who would like the IC to start sooner rather than later? And when? I want to give people time to finish their apps, but at the same time, I don't want to keep the accepted participants waiting. What do you say?

I've got a Constantine post ready to go right now, but I'm still deciding on which villain I should play.

Sionis? Joker? Dent, who eventually becomes Two-Face? Harley? A non-Batman villain? Endless possibilities.

I've got a Constantine post ready to go right now, but I'm still deciding on which villain I should play.

Sionis? Joker? Dent, who eventually becomes Two-Face? Harley? A non-Batman villain? Endless possibilities.


So I think I'll take that as a vote to start the IC now/sooner. I have an opening post ready that lays down the overarching plot of the RP, short and sweet, and borrowing from Deathstroke's monologue in Arrow. If you guys want to hop on the Titanpad, I'm happy to discuss the IC and plots over there.

Okay, that's 3-1. I'll get the IC up and running. Those of you who are working on an app, don't fret; this is supposed to be a medium–slow paced RP, so you won't get left behind. Also, just so you guys know, the RP kicks off on February 1 of 2016.

Well move went smoothly, may kill my new roommate by the end of the week if I wake up to him showering at 4am again (I must note that he doesn't work, if currently still sleeping and has no plans for the day so the shower is completely unjustified.) but otherwise the move was smooth.

I'm still without internet at home for the time being but I'm going to try and get some work done on my CS while I have down time at my job. Don't know why I thought I could write at home lol, place is a mess and we're constantly unpacking and when we're not unpacking we're going out to buy things that we need. Moving is expensive people lol.

I would kill you lol That said, at least 6am is a tolerable time to be awake. As long as I could have some for breakfast this is a suitable compromise.
