The girl had been sitting upon the top of the building for a while, listening to those who had gone inside and yet she was still uncaring as to the building that they had been brought to in the first place. She was not one for being indoors most of the time though she had seen the wolf man wander off alone again and she had come down off the roof to follow. Her steps were silent as she following him, carefully walking down the hall behind him though he didn't seem to notice her for a while. Eventually Silver sighed and stopped walking. "Looking for me?" She smirked, her silver hair cascading over her shoulders though it was rough cut and her eyes pierced him.

Shadow had been walking for some time before realizing a presence has been with him since he entered the building. He continued on anyways until he heard a voice. "Looking for me?" Shadow spun around, not as if he were scared, just on alert. He realized it had been the woman from earlier and he stood up right again. Stretching his back and his shoulders, he tilted his head and let his orange eyes rest on her for a moment. "It appears you needed something earlier." His voice almost seemed to echo for a moment. A sense of uneasiness followed quickly after.

The leopard woman watched as he stood proudly, his form much larger than her own small and lithe body though she knew she was faster than him and could easily get away if he chose to attack her, as well she could break him if he caught her. "You seem less. . . . Tame." She began, her silver eyes finding his fiery orange gaze and meeting it with the cool touch of silver. She was not afraid of him where she stood not ten feet from the monster who had threatened to kill several other today already. "Less. . Comfortable with our current situation." She spoke carefully, choosing her words with care as she purred them quietly. Unlike him her voice was quiet and carried through the room simply because of their senses, whereas he had practically yelled with how loud he had been before. "Perhaps, we could reach an agreement." Her suggestion hung in the room as she looked at him, her paws settled lightly on the wooden floor, her tail flicking behind her to give away only a hint of the excitement this interaction gave her, her ears on her head swiveled toward him, perked and alert for the sounds of anyone besides the two of them.

"I am wild for many reasons." He walked a little closer. "Why be tame when you are already treated as an animal?" Something about this small individual stuck out. He couldn't quite see it but for some reason, this cat hybrid wanted an agreement.. He was quite cautious with agreements and occasionally declined them. "Why an agreement? What kind of agreement?" The last thing he wanted to do was scare her away from his little interrogation. His eyes scanned her for a few moments and he stuck his nose out to catch her smell.

Alex chuckled, brown eyes going wide when the strange feathered thing sailed high and to her left. Using her hind legs as springs she leapt upwards and dove for the 'birdie'.....she was just going to call it that for now.

Smacking the birdie with her paddle, Alex sent it flying back towards Jacky, then landed with a soft thud on the floor and prepared for his comeback shot.

Flicking her tail and reaching up to adjust her hair, she laughed with a flash of white canines, "This is pretty fun."

Jackie jumped to the side, overshooting his jump and getting hit in the stomach with a light "Pap". "I don't think I was supposed to do that." he muttered, leaning down and picking the birdie up again. He bounced it up and down on the racket a few times before sending it back towards Alex.

Hitting the birdie with her racket, Alex giggled despite her wishes not to. She glanced around them before sending it back to Jacky, "You have anything else fun to try?"

She was starting to have some fun.....which was a thing she had not expected coming here. Alex was starting to wonder if all such activities were as enjoyable.

A few hybrids had come and gone while she was playing, to whom she had studied from afar as the birdie flew back and forth between her and Jacky.

Eyes focusing on the male hybrid she smiled, "Thanks for showing me around. I appreciate you taking your time for me."

Knowing something she added, "If you want to leave and do something let me know; I don't want to hold you up all day."

She chuckled at this and flicked her tail. Part of her wanted to explore.

"Hey, it's no problem! There's nothing to do here anyway." replied Jackie. He lowered his racket to talk but then got smacked in the face by the birdie. He gave a yelp, even though it didn't hurt, and took a quick step back before covering his nose. "I'm okay, I think!" he shouted, giving Alex a thumbs up with one hand while covering his nose with the other.

Jerric glanced down at the odd Armadillo boy, habit been distracted by simply observing the various interactions going on between he hybrids. He smiled softly, most certainly relating with the boys tiredness, before pointing lazily down the hallway. "Go that way, turn left as soon as you can. You'll reach your rooms from there."

Alex chuckled lightly when Jackie was 'attacked' by the birdie. Keeping her racket raised in preparation for another serve she got wondering about something. It was night after all.....only just now was she feeling the edges of sleepiness coming in around her like a blanket.

Looking up she spoke to her newly acquired friend, "Say.....What does this place have for beds?"
Her face scrunched and one lip curled upwards to show her teeth, "They don't plan to put us in cell blocks again do they?"

She could remember how cold and dark it was like in her old cell at the first installation. Alex had hated it, and if her new 'owners' wanted to do that to her again.....she wouldn't put up with it.

Armaldo yawned again and waddled down the hallway mumering out a word of thanks. He was used to going to bed whenever he wanted so he wasn't used to be tired. Armaldo turned down the hallway, opened the closest door he could find and went in curling the blanket around him making a small comfortable nest in the middle of the bed.

"No idea." Jackie replied. "I don't remember much about the cell blocks in the old place." the axolotl hybrid served the birdie once more. "Maybe we could go find Jerric to ask? I mean, we could also ask some of the guards that are walking around as well. But I don't really know if you want to do that when there's an alternative."

Alex nodded, holding back the annoyed growl in her throat at the mention of guards, "Finding Jerric would be best......"
Although 'Cell Blocks' didn't sound like an extremely comfortable place to sleep, Alex was beginning to feel drowsy. Being trapped and hauled off to a strange place can do that to a girl.....hyrbird.....Whatever.

Setting her racket into the pile of sports things she had gathered Alex nodded with a sigh, "Let's go....."

Jackie nodded, following Alex out before seeing Armaldo go into a closet and fall asleep. "Hey, shouldn't we wake him up?" he asked Alex. "I mean, he can't really sleep here, right?" Jackie ran over to the closet, opening the door. He poked Armaldo with one shoe, trying to gently awaken the armadillo hybrid. "Wake up, Armaldo, I don't think you're allowed to sleep in there!"
