Haha@The Fated Fallen, I knew I was rambling, but at least I was on the right track
I think you explained it better, and I didn't consider it as a useful tool to a GM

Name: Cyprian Lievremont
Race: Half Elf
Age: 25
Gender: Male
Appearance: Cyprian has mana streaks throughout his porcelain skin, they change color and intensity based on his overall usage of magic, it's purposes or frequency. He has short, messy, brown hair. though not visible mostly under his hood. He is tall, but built well for his size. Being a half elf, it is hard to notice because he was never born with signature elf ears, his nose or his chin are the only vague indicators.
Clothing/Armor: Thin underarmor, white or off-white tabards with a black or brown, sleeved mantle. His alignment will affect his gear as much as it affects his skin. His mantle is made of leather hide, it can protect against minor cuts and scrapes. The runes that decorate his armor will also protect him from minor magical damage, it will not however protect against magical weaponry anymore than it will defend against cuts.
Other: His magic mantle has a mind of its own, he can speak to and attempt to persuade Cyprian, but doesn't force him to do anything. His name is Seath.
Weapons: He typically uses a standard military sword, but can shape his clothing into weaponry and armor for short periods at a time, while he is recovering some of his magic the sword comes in handy.
Alignment: Neutral
Skills/Abilities: Being a magical tailor, he can craft, sew, and size clothing almost at will with the proper materials being close to him.
Magic: The runes that cover his gear give him the power to cast spells and use his abilities, he isn't completely powerless without them, but he cannot use spells in rapid succession, it could be potentially fatal or he may pass out. The most frequent form of magic that he uses is some kind of magical whip, or thread that he can use to grab enemies, throw things, or use to swipe at people. The thread like streams of mana protrude from various points on his body, from mana scars that decorate his skin, to the seams of his clothing. He can morph his clothing into a shield, sword, or armor. The armor ability only works for a couple second as to absorb a certain blow, and it is not impenetrable, he is unsure just how protective the armor is but so far has been able to block basic magics, and certain types of blades.
Backstory: Cyprian remembers almost nothing from his early life, his earliest memory in fact is a recent one, he woke up in a cabin. Perhaps his former home, perhaps not. Suppose he was completely plastered, or perhaps he was in a coma. Having remembered almost nothing except for his profession, tailoring, he continued to do so with his new freedom. He spend a couple years tailoring in a small town south of the Isle until it was being raided one night, the town's guards were few or had already been killed. He took up arms to protect a family in trouble, their house burning and they had been boarded up inside. Cyprian attacked the bandits, taking down one and then he was ambushed from all directions. One bandit swung an ax near his shoulder, he closed his eyes to accept his fate but after some seconds he felt nothing. He opened his eyes and the bandit had ran away scared, he turned around and noticed a man kneeled before him. The man suddenly slid apart in all direction as if a razor sharp net had been pulled over him. Cyprian fell to his knees suddenly as waves of magical threads and energy was absorbed into his body, filling him with vigor. His skin formed scars and veins all over, glowing with intensely. His tabard formed a mantle on his shoulders, hooded; it covered his face as well. Inside his armor, he heard a voice.
"I wake, and in mine I shall leave ruin" Cyprian fought the voice in his head, telling him to commit monstrous crimes, to finally feed his previously comatose magic. Threads of life unravel with touch, and a power to weave magical cloth and armor.
@Crow Broken in what way?
Why yes, she did have 14 years of training and fighting. She's functionally an instictive beast that jumps from roof to roof and uses the battle situation to sneak past, but if there are any kinder, less discriminative characters, they could teach her English or whatever language you guys use.
<Snipped quote by Crow>
When you mean English, don't you mean 'Magic fantasy language everybody speaks that just happens to be the same as English even though there is no such place as England' English?
