Since the days Robin first appeared, teenaged heroes have gathered together in order to become better heroes. Side by side they learn and grow, training to take on evil. United, they are more than just sidekicks, they are the next generation of the world's heroes.

They are the...
~DIVIDED WE FALL~
Robin, Speedy, Wonder Girl, Aqualad and Kid Flash, the founding members of the original Teen Titans stand forever memorialized in stone outside the Titans Tower. Their legacy passed down through generation after generation of young heroes and thus it should come as no surprise that yet another team of Titans has stepped up to fill the hole left by the graduation of the last ones. With the Young Justice team abandoned, the Teen Titans are the premiere and only team of young heroes left. With a constant changing roster, the team has seem many iterations over the years with the title of leadership being passed down from heroes such as the original Robin, Cyborg, Starfire, Beast Boy, Wonder Girl and presently Rose Wilson, the fifth Ravager.
As the current leader of the Teen Titans, Rose Wilson is the last remaining member of her iteration of the team. For the most part, the current team are new to the hero dig, although graduated members occasionally drop by to assist. But with new enemies constantly on the rise and an even greater threat to the Titans looming over them, it's up to Rose to find new Titans to fill the void left by those who have moved on and matured out of the team. But putting together a team of Titans has never been easy and Rose must bring her team together and get them to put their differences aside in order to stand against whatever fate throws against them.

SETTING:
The Titans operate out of a 'T' shaped tower located along the Bay of San Francisco. It was designed by the former Titan, Cyborg, and was built by the San Francisco city council, in exchange for which the Titans are responsible for dealing with the city's supervillains. The outside of the tower features a sculpture commemorating the founders of the Titans, Robin, Kid Flash, Aqualad, Wonder Girl and Speedy.
The tower houses a memorial for fallen Titans. It contains statues of almost all of the dead Titans, including those who had served with the team very briefly.
The following Titans were memorialized:
Titans who had statues but were resurrected through one means or another had their statues removed. Additionally, the tower also houses a hall of mentors which depicts the Titans' various mentors along their students. For example the statue of Batman depicts both Tim Drake as Robin and Dick Grayson as Robin despite the latter now assuming the title of Batman. Likewise Superman's statue depicts him with both Superboy and Supergirl as both have been members of the Titans.
Each Titan is given a personal quarters which can decorated and outfitted as they please. Outside are several gardens that were started by Starfire during her time with the Titans however they've been maintained and often used by those Titans seeking solitude and solace. An advanced virtual reality training room was installed by Bart Allen using his knowledge from the twenty fifth century. On the top floor of the tower is a 'War Room' from which the Titans manage their activities and communications. Ever since Rose has taken leadership of the Titans, she has also used this room to hunt down criminals in an effort to turn the Titans into more of a proactive course. The League has mixed feelings on this course of action believing the Titans would be better off merely training with one another. Aside from this the Tower houses a shared lounge, kitchen and dining room.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:
This RP is a spiritual successor to Teen Titans Vol. 3, as such it will be for the most part ignoring the 'New 52'. As such, the current Robin is Damian Wayne, and the current Kid Flash is Bart Allen. Likewise, Batman is currently Dick Grayson and Tim Drake is Red Robin.
Some changes I've made include Connor Kent and and Cassie Sandsmark having retired to start a life together, likewise with Raven and Beast Boy. Solstice went off to college in order to pursue a career in archaeology like her parents leaving only Ravager as the last Titan thus leading to her promotion as leader.

RULES:
1. Players may create an original character or choose to play a returning canon Titan so long as it does not contradict the canon lore. (IE you can't play Dick Grayson as Robin however you could play Damian Wayne as Robin).
2. Characters can be rejected on the basis of their archetypes. For example if the team already has an accepted 'Wonder Girl', 'Superboy' and 'Miss Martian', another heavy hitter would be rejected. Likewise, too many 'Robin' type characters will lead to the same thing. The goal is to have a team reflective of one that would be found in the pages of the DC Series.
3. In line with above rule, do not make your character well rounded, give them weaknesses and flaws. Limitations in their skills and abilities, reasons to make them need a team to support them. Additionally, give your character room to grow and develop. It's always fun to have a new power show up down the line, just give the GM a heads up first so it doesn't look like you're godmodding.
4. It should be noted that backstories are not part of the CS. This is because I want to encourage player interaction in the IC. Players will actually require their characters to talk to each other in order to learn about them. That said, while you are free to discuss the IC and drop hints in the OOC, I ask that you refrain from downright telling us everything about your character.
5. Character sheets will not be accepted until the GMs have had time to look over the CS thoroughly. This not only ensures that we the GMs have time to read through Character Sheets appropriately but also that you the Player are receiving proper critique as well as a solid community to interact with in the In Character Threads. We appreciate your patience with this.
6. All Character Sheets must be submitted to the GMs in the provided or similarly laid out format. Character Sheets which do not use an organized skeleton will be rejected and asked to comply with a standard. Displays of impatience towards acceptance will result in an immediate denial. The GMs have lives outside of roleplaying (unfortunately :P) and may have their time restricted during the week and/or weekend. Have patience and a positive attitude and you will receive a response.
7. You are your character, so act like them. Create or portray their mannerisms, powers, and ideals to how they have been established in the game. BE the character, not just yourself with the character's powers. The notes section of your CS has been provided for such a reason, use it to help yourself remain consistent in character portrayals.
8. Writing expectations for this roleplay are at least a two (2) paragraph minimum per post. Three (3) to five (5) paragraph posts however would be awesome so long as you're not simply chewing the scenery. Proper spelling and grammar is also expected but small mistakes here and there are understandable. Blatant offenses will be called out.
9. You are encouraged to post at least once per week. If there are any outside factors as to why you aren't able to post, please let the GMs know. If you find yourself in a plot with another player and they disappear, do your best to move on without them and quickly finish the arc to the best of your ability, or ask for the help of a GM. If you stop posting for two (2) weeks without a message in the OOC, your character will be listed as 'inactive', and after a further week of inactivity, your characters will be expelled, and dealt with as necessary in the IC, whether killed or used as needed and then discarded. Please if you know you’re going to be absent or simply have lost interest in the RP, just let the GM know.
10. No God-Modding or metagaming. This refers to controlling or manipulating another player's character in way that is completely self-beneficial and not pre-approved by the other player. This also includes being untouchable against NPC characters as well as being all knowing. Keep your character humanized or risk being expelled from the RP.
