The easiest way to do it would be to upload it onto an Imgur account and then resize the dimensions by editing the proportion of the image. Just make sure you Unlock it, otherwise it'll try to keep the image proportional to how it was before, so it won't fit easy.

I got myself a second degree burn recently. Two weeks have passed and its still healing up. Burns suck cause of how long they take to heal :|
