ooh sorry for the confusion... he was about to piss me of royally if he was going to have someone post for him. Also,... just curious about your friend. Does he usually post in Casual roleplays? or does he mostly go through freestyle,... I mean look at the cs page and the ic... look at everyones posts and then his. Plus he double posted.

hes freestyle, we usually roleplay in person so hes new to this, me though, im just new to this site....

Hmm well hopefully what I told him gives him an Idea how posts work here. Like I don't mind 1 paragraph as long as it is one good sized paragraph. Because we have all been there.

@Salt Me Senpai This is a casual to as opposed to a free rp, so it's probably a good thing to try to push yourself to post a little longer than a few lines. It adds to the story and makes it more enjoyable to everyone, ^^

No, it is more open in the time frame, part of each post should provide a reaction to surrounding, the other a response. Each post time overlays a bit.

If you take the time to read the posts, you'll get a better understanding of the time flow and how it varies.

the only thing this roleplay takes from dand is races, monsters, classes, weapons/armor, spells, and skills. That's it. It basicly focuses on the role play aspect of dnd.

It does adopt the turn based or rotation rules though....

for example:

Rotation:
GM (me)
Player 1
Player 2
Player 3
Player 4
....etc

Until everyone posts and then I post again updating the enviroment, npcs, and my own characters. I ask for one post each from everyone so that its not a big long mess and that everyone gets a chance to post.

Attention: Rotation Posts taking in effect

From now until the role play ends there will be a rotation in posts. I do not care in which order everyone posts in, only that people submit one post per rotation. You will be able to post again once I do. At 12 am/pm my time I will post regardless of the amount of players who posted, even if just one person did.

I have a question... how much experience do you have in dand. Gruumsh, wouldn't care about your character because he is a half breed. Secondly, a orc who doesn't follow Gruumsh wont hear his voice either. To the orc god, the orc would have shunned his race and honor. Gruumsh maybe a evil god but he still believes in honor some what, Orcs with pure blood and the lust for killing the god's enemies, elves, humans, dwarves, would be in his favor.

Just wanted to put that out there.

......... Your not seriously sticking with this are you? This is casual not freestyle. Your character even failed to react to everyone else. Every character has him nearly surrounded and Ishmael has his sword up on his neck...... everyone has been waiting on your post and you post this?

In e5 it says it in the description of half orcs as the vioce of Gruuumsh saying its inavoidable that they hear his voice

I dont use 5th edition, I use 3.5e

always good idea to ask which edition a gm is using when it comes to dand...

@Salt Me Senpai A little short in my tastes but I will accept it.

Will tell you what I told the other two,... this is a casual roleplay, each post has to be at least a paragraph. However, if you post a series of paragraphs that are small and still makes your post still seemingly good in size, then I will accept that too.

This is 3.5e not 5e,.... orcs can still worship Gruumsh but they do not have to. They do not hear his voice at all in 3.5e unless the one great one eyes has taken a interest in him.

Also I am the GM,.... you can comunicate and take over certain npcs, but npcs I create are strictly forbidden. If a deity contacts your character you will know because I play the role of the deities. Each and every single one of them.

Do not post something like Plateface,.... I have zero tolerance for that. With that said, enjoy the role play.... put your intro in the ic.

Note: Just like Inertia's character,... you don't have to start in town. You could be in a makeshift camp you created up the road some keeping warm from a fire.

Also this is a temperate zone,... it gets cold at nights. Might want to do something about that for your character.
