An odd, summonable Phantom-like entity that only Supers can see. It has the ability to instantly make a particular person the user's anime girlfriend, but Kasumi is straight. Kasumi has control over Bad Romance.
How?
Only heroes and villains can see that she looks a little... odd. Everyone else sees her as a three-dimensional girl.
Weaknesses:
Seagulls and Cats
She is occasionally pursued by cats because she kind of smells like fish.
Western Animation
It is able to neutralise the Katana of Anime's special ability as well as make it duller. It also disables unconsumed Dad Beans should they be consumed and weakens Bad Romance. Such effects only work within 10 metre ranges. This effect is temporary and once away from such media, they can work as usual once again.

Kasumi is about 1.6 metres tall and is completely flat. Contrary to what you'd expect, her hair is of a natural hue - black-brown. Her figure is quite slender. Her skin hue is quite fair.
Personality:
Kasumi has quite a princess complex, since she was - probably still is - a princess. She is a very benevolent one, and will help the defenseless if possible, said defenseless may or may not be kids whose dads tell them to get jobs. She is very authoritative and will always want to be leader in many things. That being said, she may be a klutz at time and might trip and fall, sometimes even activating her powers on accident and sinking into the floor.
Kasumi doesn't take things too seriously. She still believes that it is important to have fun. As such, she will occasionally befriend some fellow heroes and by occasion, hang with them at the pool or the other kind of pool. She doesn't take a liking to being called names that are related to being a fish of sorts, and takes some offense to that.
Backstory:
The Great Naberius Empire were rulers of Anime World, lead by King Squidface and Queen Gojirako. They ruled over for many eons in this eternal realm with great peace. However, this all changed one fine day when someone in another world wished upon a star that anime was real.
This caused the Anime World to be wiped out of existence and a great deal of its inhabitants to be transported to the world this RP takes place in. The royal family was teleported to Slant City, unfortunately for them. Over there, Kasumi and her parents Squidface and Gojirako had to live ordinary lives as regular people, by getting regular jobs and attending a regular school. During her stay, Kasumi found that Slant City was a town of crime and justice hanging in the balance, and knew that she couldn't just stand there while heroes fought and villains mocked
Much like she had served her people as Princess, she will help the people of Slant City deal with villains. But, do they really need help? Is she diving deeper into a world of utter pain and agony?

Her father is a huge cuttlefish, and her mother resembles a scaled-down Godzilla. Like her, they are drawn in a different artstyle compared to the live-action/cartoony environment.
