Loved SAO, my favorites are probably Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood and Gundam Seed. I'm really interested in the new DragonBall series that just came out.
music- I listen to EVERYTHING except for modern pop- Apparently, the word artist has been chucked out the door with today's music, imo :p I grew up on metal and alternative rock, I go to see the Gin Blossoms in concert almost every summer :D My most favorite live experience though was when I went to see Nobuo Uematsu for his Distant Worlds tour. So besides the crap on the radio today, I literally like everything, ehhhh, well, not everything. I respect rap, but I was never a fan. I like old school hip hop and r&b. Tupac forever. But I dunno, music today... it's just not what it used to be. It's very rare for me to find an artist or band now that is really really good and that I like.

@boomlover JoJo is one of the most popular series in Japan, the manga has running for almost 30 years now. It's kind of like the Japanese equivalent of Doctor Who in terms of cultural impact. It hasn't been represented well in the West because of copyright issues (Hirohiko Araki, the creator of the series likes to name his characters after Western musical artists) outside of France. France loves JoJo enough to ask Araki to put in some work into The Louvre. In 2012, they started making an anime adaptation of JoJo that's just recently finished the 3rd part of the manga. All that said, the series is weird.

GaoGaiGar and Getter Robo are both about giant robots and being ridiculously awesome in completely different ways.

Gundam Build Fighters is like if you made a Yu-Gi-Oh type anime about toy robots. It's better than it sounds.

SNAFU is like a deconstruction of a Romantic Comedy.

I watched the first couple episodes of Fairytail dubbed by Funimation. I've also read through a couple series by the same author (Ravemaster and a Monster Hunter series). Fairytail seems pretty similar, so I didn't bother.

@Dragoknighte the main chara is also the actor of the prince of fullmetal alchemist. Its one of the big reasons i love the show. And ofcourse the very distracting eye candy.

So were talking about anime, are we? Well I don't watch all too much of it, but a friend tried to get me into SAO. I never really appreciated it, just wasn't my kind of thing.

My favourite anime (and about the only one I've watched a fair amount of) is Hetalia. I've already mentioned I'm a history nerd, and it's hilarious

As for Full Metal Alchemist, I've read the first 6 books of the Manga and the first episode of the Anime. Loved every moment of it

I've watched the first Fairytail episode, and enjoyed it greatly. I generally only watch comedy shows, so the only anime I can really enjoy has to be funny

Anime- Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z will always have a special place in my heart. I enjoyed Sword Art Online but never went deeper than about half the first season. Naruto and One Piece are pretty awesome too. Soul Eater is cool but I never got deeper than a few episodes.

Music- Pretty much listen to everything. Rap and pop less than the others but I still listen to rappers like J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Tyler, the Creator and a little Big Sean. As for pop I admit to liking a couple Taylor Swift songs and Maroon 5 is a pretty good band. Country also isn't my favorite but Johnny Cash is amazing and there's a few other songs I like. As for my favorite genres, however, they tend to be Pop-Punk and 90s alternative. Post-hardcore, grunge, all kinds of metal, and alternative sneak in there too. Acoustic also has a special place in my heart. My favorite bands would have to be The Wonder Years, Sublime, Beartooth, Nirvana, and Blink-182 in no specific order (other than TWY being number 1).

@Elitestpotato I feel like if you were born any time in the 90s, Dragon Ball (Z) or Sailor Moon will have a special place in your heart without even saying. I read through all of fucking Naruto from beginning to the end, and while I really like the setting, oh my god does the series shit itself in the last quarter of its run. And the closer towards the end it got, the worse the shit smelled. I also read like the first two chapters of the epilogue story thing, but then I lost interest.

So I'd just like to note, I found a thread dedicated specifically to shitposting that was made over two months ago. In half the time we have overtaken that thread with shitposting of our own. Good job everyone.

@Elitestpotato Do u mind if i attack edict upon exiting the john? Jade can sense demon presence, and what he just did, would cause a great misunderstanding between them. Thus a Jade style interrogation would insue, for the questions he asked and then the sudden exit to speak to a demon in the nether realm, would cause her to believe that he is trying to sabotage the group or is a demon possesing a human body. (she cant sense possession demons when they are within a human shell)
