I've skimmed through the site and I've yet to find it. Of course, knowing me I may have just skipped it entirely.

There's this place. It's the the Character Sheet Forum underneath the Off-Topic section. What Pripovednik said still stands though, as people like me prefer posting their Character Sheets for an RP when the time comes for it. But hey, everyone has preferences.
