Lexi Hermung was an older camper he had been going to camp for now what felt like five years but only been two years. His parents killed and slaughtered and he fled and found the place on his own. His eyes where always a strange color and dark and blue and golden colors that caused people to be confused by his apperance of his eyes. Every day those eyes changed color so no one knew what his true eye color was. He stayed mostly in the Hecate cabin after he learned he could do small magic spells, he made a flower regrow as it was dying. He was the one that never faught and if he had to he used magic spells or something to get the other away from him before bolting off away from them. Many called him weak and a pansi but he was actually very strong and full of valor and love but the people he tried to talk with just drew away from him causing him to become an outsider in his own new home.

Today he was playing witha young demigod with a game of chess but these peices where alive on the game board he had learned how to bring them to life. Also the king was a hellhound, the queen was a hydra the pawns where dead warriors and the knights where dragons and the pope was a Snake. He laughed as the child was trying to figure out what to do as but they where almost in a check mate postion. he smiles as he sat there his strange robes shine around him a pouch on his waist that had all his magical things in it. Hearing a voice he turned and saw Luna and smiles and allowed her to sit and play with them as she was a friend of his but not a very close one as he had seen her fight before.

Luna Hemsworth was the daughter of the mother of monsters, a dark sceret she hides from all campers. No one knew who she was or anything no one even really knew her name. She was just a person in the camp living and breathing. She watched the two play their game and smiles gently but rarely smiled rarely shiowed her emotions to anyone close to her for it was stupid and dumb. She stood up once more and went to go get a snakc from the pivillon and sighed gently and hummed slightly. her song was almost like a sirens a hypnotic one but careful and close to her heart.

"Look its the stranger" snickered a Hermes boy as Luna ignored it till he tripped her and she landed on her stomach and grunted and got up slightly. She could have torn his face off but she turned and kept walking as she had better things to do then that. She came to the hall and gets an apple and went to a table and eats.

~ SORA ~

Sora Hunter lay down on the roof of his cabin and stared up at the cloudless sky, whistling softly. He closed his eyes and let his ears filled up with the random noises around Camp Half-Blood: kids from the Ares cabin were picking a fight - again - with those from Apollo; girls from Aphrodite were gossiping about eye candies of other cabins; boys from Hephaestus were yelling around for tools, occasionally swearing loudly at unexpected explosions...

He mused to himself. It's yet another peaceful day at Camp Half-Blood.

...Or not. His field of vision was blocked by someone he least wanted to see and his cheeks itched at the long, black hair that spilled across his face: Aria Cadett, the demi-daughter of Nemesis.

Before he could open his mouth to say something, Aria pulled him forcefully to his feet and dragged him away from his sanctuary. "Hey---"

"Just shut up and follow my lead, Miser Boy."

He cringed at the horrible nickname. "Please stop...calling me that."

"Then go and grow a backbone, period."

They didn't talk as they marched past the cabins of the major Olympian gods and goddesses - ignoring the catcalls from those demigods - before Aria pushed him into the dining area. "I'm starving." She filled her plate with an assortment of fruits - apples, oranges, strawberries - and they finally sat down at the table.

Sora gave the brunette a sideway glance. What does she need me here for anyway? His thoughts were shattered when Aria thrusted him an apple slice, barely missing his nose by an inch. He then spotted two familiar figures from the corner of his eye. He had seen them around the area where cabins of the minor gods and goddesses were clustered together, but he had never spoken to them. There's always a first time for anything and everything, his father would say.

He raised his voice and called out to them, "Um, Lexi and..." He paused awkwardly, searching his brain to recall the name of the girl, but came up with none. He shrugged. "Well...hi?"

Lexi looked over at the other male, ah yes the demigod of Misery, He didn't care for the demigd personalliy but he smiles gently and nodded his head "Hello" he said kindly and hears the young demigod yell "CHECKMATE" the young demigod yelled as the knight had pinned the king and the Hrcate son laughed and nodded "very nicely done my young friend" he priased watching as the small stone creatures walked around on the board in happiness pradaing near his team as the stone creatures laughed and nodded their heads.

The daughter of Monsters glared slightly "Names Luna" she mutters as she eats her apple calmly eyes closed gently content and enjoying all her life. The girl smirks as the chess peices laughed and pranced around and nodded his head "Lexi, I thought you would have won for sure" purred the female as lexi rolled his eyes.

"Not all children of Magic win battles with their own peices" he said as he yawned and streached as he breathed on the peices and they died and fell dorment and he put them back onto the pouch he had around his waist.

"I"m off to my cabin to do some spells, If anyone needs me you know where I am" he said as he hears a scream and whirled around slightly seeing racheal there "whoa racheal whats wrong?" he asked as the girl eyes where glowing white and stareing and pointing at the four demigods "come along a adventure awaits all four of you, come hear the news of the Olympain gods"

~ ARIA ~

Aria Cadett gritted her teeth. Ignoring Sora was the least of her worries, but anyone who dared to overlook her would take some guts - clearly this dude here needed to be taught a few really painful lessons. She clenched her fists and stood up when she felt someone yanking hard at the hem of her blouse. That glassheart miser, she fumed inwardly. She sucked in a deep breath and sat down again, returning Sora's pleading eyes with a glower.

Their silent staring war was broken at the frantic entrance of Rachel Elizabeth Dare, the current host of the Oracle of Delphi. She pointed at the four teen demigods: herself, Sora, and the two who ignored her Miser Boy. "Come along," she said in a harsh tone. "An adventure awaits all four of you. Come hear the news of the Olympian gods...

"When the song of calamity makes its call,
The children of darkness shall rise above all.
Hand in hand they will raze their fate,
And triumph over the dawn of late."

After the last word of the ominous prophecy left the Oracle's trembling lips, Rachel swayed and collapsed onto the floor. A long silence hung heavily in the dining hall, then everything began to happen at once: some rushed forward to check if Rachel was alright, some came to them and bombarded them with a torrent of questions that Aria couldn't make out from all the din. The arrival of Chiron temporarily restored some order among the chaos.

"Lexi Hemrung, Luna Hemsworth, Soren Hunter, Aria Cadett. Follow me."

Aria exchanged a look of disbelief with Sora and they walked towards the centaur, not knowing what was about to come...

The son of Hecate looked at the group and took a deep breath he fallowed after the centaur as Luna stayed slightly behind a timid look on her face. Scared for the quest or whatever they where going to do and sighed gently. "Anyone know what the girl said?" she mutters to no ne in particalar. The son of Hecate looked at the two other demigods and raised an eyebrow, ah so that was their names interesting, strange names.

"I am guessing we are all on this quest together. Well if any of you need a ride I can drive ... I guess" he said a smile on his face as he was acalmer one then most. he didn;t like fighting , or harming others he wasn't the most soical one from the camp and often stayed in his cabin to be left alone but today was about to change all of his life. He looked back slightly and saw Luna was behind.

"Luna come on , As much as I don't want to do this we have to go, i'll keep ya safe don't worry" he said peacefully as the newer demigd was very very shy and timid causing her to not respond to anyone really. She just nodded and looked down as she came up beside them slghtly "Please say we are not going to die or face monsters" she whined slightly.

Lexi sighed gently and placed a hand on her shoulder "Nothing will harm you, we won't let it but you will have to grow some back bone eventually my friend" he said softly as she waited for Chiron to speak.

~ SORA ~

It had been three long years since he last stepped into Chiron's cabin-office: it was the last quest he had pairing up with Aria, and they got an unpleasant hearing (especially when Mr. D provoked the revenge demigoddess with fizzing Diet Cokes) - the quest was a success, but not without them leaving behind a trail of damage to both the places and beings alike (mostly due to Aria's impatience to get over it so that she could go join the Capture the Flag game against the Hunters of Artemis in the following month). A sideways glance at his bane partner made his heart sank: Aria showed no sign of nervousness; on the contrary, he swore he saw a glint of excitement in her dark eyes.

Chiron folded his stallion half into his enchanted wheelchair before he spoke to the four, "I'm sorry about that - it was rather unexpected - but I'm sure you have all heard the Oracle. This calls for a quest." He closed his eyes and let out a slow breath. "Never in my life have I heard such a perilous prophecy, not after the one about the child of the Big Three."

"But sir, where should we go to start our quest?" No surprise here that Aria had to be the first to ask a question.

"Hmm," the immortal centaur frowned, deep in thought. After a long silence, he finally replied, "The prophecy mentioned a song, so I suggest that you should seek Apollo for advice. The last time I hear that he's at the Rockies."

Right, Sora thought miserably. Let the suicide quest with these three demigods on the other side of America begin.
