NIGHT OF THE DEAD
It's the year 2020. The time everyone has dreaded has came. The Zombie Apocalypse. The world has been quickly been ran into the ground, the President devoured by these walking dead creatures. Of course there are survivors, but how long can you survive is the question. A group of people bands together to survive, you can't survive on your own anymore. Supplies are limited, finding food is becoming to be a challenge, you have to boil whatever water you find for precautions, finding somewhere safe to sleep at night can be difficult. It's not just the dead you have to fear, you have to fear the living as well. They could be just as, if not more, dangerous than the dead. Not everyone is as nice as you are, they want whatever supplies you have, to offer you up, do whatever they can to survive.
My question is.. what will YOU do to survive?
Rules & Requirements
Post Length. This is a casual RP, so I'll be expecting at least a paragraph or more. No one-liners though, please.
Characters. You can have as many characters as you wish, be sure you can handle them all. Your character won't last the entire time, so you can keep making characters if you wish to keep the role-play going. Once finished and accepted, put your character in the 'Characters' tab.
Images. Realistic, please. I'm not much a fan of anime images.
Absence. If you're going to be gone for awhile, that's fine, but let us know so we aren't left hanging and we'll work around that.
Grammar. I'm not a Nazi when it comes to this, but don't talk like you have no education what-so-ever.
Gore. This is for the faint heart, it's a zombie RP. We won't go overboard, but still, if you have a extremely weak stomach I don't suggest joining in.
Sex. You will, obviously, be fading to black here, unless you chose to take it to PMs.

Meet The Zombies
There are different types of zombies people use for their RP. Here's what the ones in my RP will be like.
Speed. They are 'walkers', they can't run at fast speeds, they can walk fast, but that's it. They won't be very coordinated and will be clumsy.
Appearance. They won't look like they did when they died. Their eyes will be red, their skin pale and almost translucent, skin hanging off, rotting teeth, and sometimes missing limbs and their insides hanging out.
Dinner. They like to eat human flesh, their insides, brains, anything they can get their hands on.
Death. They're dead, obviously, but the final and only way to put them down for good is shooting a bullet or piercing something straight through their head and brain.
Senses. They can't see at all, they use their smell and hearing of the living's pumping blood to find their prey.
Packs. It's rare a walker travels alone, they are usually in packs of three or more.
Meet The Survivors
This is how us, the living, will be.
Speed. We aren't superhuman, but we are faster than the dead, so we can outrun them.. to a certain degree, anyways.
Appearance. We looked the same we always have, except maybe a tad bit dirtier and unshaven. And possibly thinner.
Dinner. We eat what we can find and only hope it's clean and safe. Mostly canned food and every now and than some meat.
Death. We can die anyway. But after you die, you come back as a zombie. Unless you have something stuck through your head.
Senses. They all work just fine, thought our fear may fog our judgement some.
Groups. It's safer to stick together as a group than wonder off on your own.
Weapons. Let's be realistic, we all like to use a gun to defend ourselves, but you need bullets, right? So bullets are limited for the guns, but there are plenty of sharp objects laying around. Who says you can't defend yourself with an axe, crowbar, sword, etc.?
