so here's my plan. Now that basically everybody has partners (NinNin we'll figure something out for you) this is going to be structured more like a bunch of interlinked 1x1s than a group RP. You and your partner (or anybody else you want to hang with) have complete Autonomy. You can wander around death city, go on missions, or even travel to different countries if you want. After we skip to night and then subsequently the next morning, the formal announcement in the IC will be made, and each of your characters will be given a communicator to keep in touch with the school and other characters. Whenever it seems right, I'll start a story event which will effect us all. if anything you do effects another pair or everybody as a whole, or does something big to the RP, let all involved parties know ahead of time.
