I interned for a while at my work. That was nice. Especially since it was paid and paid well. And now it's shutting down. But I did get a part time job I was hoping for that I can do alongside a full time job and while I loose all of the free time forever I get more money!

That money will go to the oh so important thing as my wedding.

Hmm, that would a decision for our mostly benevolent GM and squad commander, Jig. I certainly wouldn't mind another player pal, but it's Jig's call, especially since everything is so meticulously planned.

I say this with love, but there really isn't. The plot simply doesn't allow for it:

I do plan on running similar games in the future, so hopefully one day. :)

I refuse to panic. I've been writing little flashbacks for Jonas in the meanwhile. Not to use in the RP or anything, just fleshing out his background for personal use.

I've noticed that this is one of the few RPs where I can read back on my own writing and not hate it. Usually when I look back on my stuff that's only even a week old and I want to set it on fire. When I reread this I feel pretty okay about it. I'm not as in love as when I first wrote it, but I don't want to smother it. So that's something.

Anybody else have the hate problem with their own writing?

Oh good god yes.

One of the benefits of this is that I don't have to do any proper writing so I don't have to read it back and hate myself then eat a bucket of ice cream while ringing all my exes and telling them that they never deserved me in the first place and I'm doing so well and then when they ask why I'm crying I go quiet and tell them I'm just having a really bad day and then they ask me if I've been drinking and then I look in the mirror and wonder what I've become.

For the record, I don't really have exes. Jig's Figuratively-and-also-almost-Literally Peerless Partner is so far the only one for me.

Edit: One of the great and hideous fears in my life is that my ex-friend-who-used-to-be-my-best-friend-until-a-falling-out-but-we're-sorta-friendly-now-but-not-really actually still has a story/fanfiction monstrousity type thing I wrote for my friends when I was in middle school. Complete with putting myself and my friends in the story, middle school pretentiousness, and accompanying goth music songs. And she still. Fucking. Has. It. (and still thinks it's good, apparently, the dummy)

Oh, in other news, I'm thinking of giving Wink Murder another shot, either to be planned over the period of moving to Amsterdam or just after. If anybody fancies being a Co-GM for it, could they please PM me?

It'd naturally be run in a similar style as this, and giving away who the Co-GM might be would probably give away some of it. :P

I remember when I first joined the old Woll Manor, I was so surprised I even got selected by our darling Bliss because I didn't think I'd be good enough at all. And then I got increasingly terrified as I watched you all write...
...I'm happier with how I've progressed. :') Very happy. I think I prefer Evelynn to Erika, even if I've just been with her longer...

@MyCatGinger If it helps I love your writing, you most certainly belong here. And nothing could be as bad as the story in the edit I just made to my earlier post, so there's that. I much prefer Jonas to Rikki myself; he might be a walking Fargo reference but at least he's not basically me but neurotic like Rikki was.
