The Year is 2030, a Three Mysterious Nuclear Bombs have exploded in Washington DC,New York City,and San Francisco, mass panic happened and many died, Post-Nuclear Factions have rosen, these Factions have been set out to restore order to the Former United States and find out the culprit of these attacks

1. No spam, especially in the In-Character thread.
2. No god-modding, insta-killing, insta-building (including walls), destruction unless the attacked agrees, and no meta-gaming (using information your race wouldn't know IC).
3. Combat should be fair, of course, and before any battle, you should post the stats of your troops, any buildings, and any other details. Though this is not required, it can help settle arguments.
4. Keep it realistic. Earth science is preferred, but I don't expect you to be a scientist. Just keep it real.
5. Though this is based on Spore, you aren't limited to the things you can do in that game. There's a lot you can do; be creative.
6. Correct spelling and grammar. Try to avoid short posts except for dialogue. Two paragraphs would be nice at minimum.
7. You must get my clearance or another GM's to start.
8. If you want to drop out, say so before hand. Randomly disappearing doesn't really help anybody.
9. Consequence. If you are in a war, your people suffer. If many of your soldiers die, you lose the battle.
10. Take your time in development.
11. If you didn't post it, it never happened.
12. Telephoning (back and forth posting between two or three people) is only allowed if it is just dialogue. Generally, you should wait until two or three other people have posted before going again.
13. No In-Character posts that are nothing but saying nothing much is happening or someone is waiting for an answer. If you are waiting for someone, PM them or say so in the OOC.
14. Any form of traveling occurs during In-Character posts, unless it's pre-agreed upon to just occur by real-time.
15. Absolutely NO insulting other people.

Leader: President Garry Wail
Type of Government: Democracy
History: Texas was arguably the strongest state after the bombs hit. It quickly became the most populated state because of all the people moving away from the blast zones, and also the loss of population in California. It also had it's own power grid (This is real, if you didn't know- ercot.com), the only power grid not to be hit by the bombs. The previous laughable secessionist movement quickly organized and became a real deal. It was 4 months ATB (After The Bombs) before Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Louisiana formally seceded from the union. While they were not the first secession, they were the first one to be taken seriously. The Declaration of Independence and new Constitution were written up, and a Democratic government was setup (Which is not to be confused with the US government.).

History: After the Bomb dropped on San Francisco multiple cities near by were irradiated along the coast line, along with riots major cities many people ran. Military forces from multiple bases across the state and National Guard and along with remaining law enforcement they rallied behind Governor Michael Shin after he relocated to Vandenberg AFB. Slowly order was restored within the state. Electricity was restored to large sections of the state communities were slowly rebuilt and a new government was established and Michael Shin was elected into presidency along with a drafting of a constitution. well slowly California returned to the world and was ready to Defend itself and began attempting to connect with who ever is left.
