Hello potential partners.
Oh okay let’s do this. First thing, you’d probably want to read this.
At the moment, I want to use this character I create for a dead RP. I put the CS right here, so if you’re interested drop me a PM. I won’t be checking this thread until later.
Oh okay let’s do this. First thing, you’d probably want to read this.
I have been roleplaying for quite a while now, about five years to be exact, so you can say I know a thing or two. I can play both male and female, though most of the time I prefer male. I frequent both the casual and advance section of RPG, so it’s essential that you can write at least 2 or 3 paragraphs. One-liners are just, well, I don’t like them. I have a copious amount of free time (Life? What life?) so I can post a few time a day. But that doesn’t you have to do the same. I’d just go play some games while waiting for you so go ahead and take your time. I’d pick quality over quantity. Just at least inform if you’re going somewhere though, don’t leave me hanging. Well, if you actually read all that stuff, here’s the part that actually relevant
- Stuff I say no to: Fandoms, Sexy time (Sorry I can’t keep a straight face writing them. I’d rather we fade to black and well yeah, keep it at that) but otherwise I’m pretty tolerant. If there’s something you want, just ask.
- Genres: urban fantasy, dystopian future, post-apocalyptic, well, what the hell, just suggest stuff. I’ll tell you the ones I like.
- You know what, let’s stop with lists. Just PM me. Currently, I have no plots or pairings in mind, but we can brainstorm together if you’re interested.
At the moment, I want to use this character I create for a dead RP. I put the CS right here, so if you’re interested drop me a PM. I won’t be checking this thread until later.
Name: Kyle Edverant
Age: 23
Skills: Quick on his feet, has very basic knowledge of close quarter combat (i.e: how to throw a punch without breaking his wrist..), able to pick a lock with the right tools since melting it out right is rather suspicious.
Species: Fire elemental.
Powers: Fire manipulation. However, with mundane fire source, the best Kyle can do is bend the flame around a bit or make it burn a bit brighter, as there usually isn’t enough to feed the fire if he puts more power into it. His true strength lies in his ability to generate flame and heat, basically becoming a human flame thrower when there’s the need for it. He is also immune to fire and heat, capable of sticking his hands into open flame or just holding a white-hot block of iron without any damage. Furthermore, the fast metabolism of elementals allows him to recover from wounds fairly quickly, as long as they are non-fatal and he has a sufficient input of energy. He also technically doesn’t need to drink or breathe, but food is a must as creating fire burn some serious calories.
Weaknesses: Creating fire is tiring work for Kyle. It’s a bit like jogging, he simply can’t keep it up for long. After using his power an extended amount of time, he will be extremely exhausted and might collapse. It probably won’t kill him, but it will take a while for him to recover from power overuse. Water is the bane of his existence, as he doesn’t know how to swim and get nauseous when he’s surrounded by a large amount of it or when it’s raining. Low temperate also affects Kyle negatively by impairing his thinking, and it also takes more out of him to generate fire.
Appearance:
Extra: Kyle might throw up if he drinks water, so he just replaces it with alcohol to look normal. He can’t get drunk on alcohol, but he might with gas. It’s not recommended to get him drunk though.
