I'm hoping there's an actual reason for harassing this random religious dude - y'know, like he molested a kid or killed someone or some shit - because otherwise I just can't find stuff like this funny. It's just fucking up someone's life and livelihood for no reason when they're trying to do a good thing, or just going about their business.

As far as I'm aware, the callers were all 4Chan trolls*, and the show itself is satirical, designed to mock televangelists.
