Crimes Against The Alliance: He once hacked into a backdoor of an AI on one of the big cruisers, and got it to think that the entire crew were enemies. Another time, he hacked into some rich guy's (he had like this laser pistol or somethin, someone tried to steal it and everyone left one of the displays unattended) bank account and took nearly all his money, and then redistributed it to the Gay Power Association of the System (GPAS), and a whole bunch of other smaller-scale hacking stunts, like reprogramming an ad AI to display random videos of The-Earth-That-Was, such as a recovered "Actual Cannibal Shia Labeouf" video, which gave the Shia LaBeouf Clothing Manufacturer a jumpstart.
Additional Information: - Paranoid about certain things - Obsessive about other things - Can get very, very deep in thought sometimes - Absolutely horrid at making metaphors or similes
Possessions: A small drone he affectionately calls "Garry" Some ammunition for his handgun Various computers, cords, and devices A very worn but cared-for lockpicking kit A bunch of electrical replacement parts A blanket he occasionally wears over everything else, that was white with blue borders, quilt-style

Impromptu Spy of the Sidrisian Empire, and a traveling scholar. Avan's Cove OOC
Name: Hiram York (Or, Hiram of York) Title: Hiram of York, or Hiram the Practical Age: 27 Height: 5' 8"
Appearance: Walks about in a fishscale cuirass with chainmail sleeves, with a long piece of a duller green fabric that acts as a hood, and partially hides his armor. A leather belt wraps around his waist; a straight scabbard hangs, with a leafblade sword (slightly longer than a general shortsword), on his left hip. Leather grieves and boots protect his wrists and lower legs and feet; the hilts of two very utiliarian steel knives poke out from the bottom of his grieves, where he can grab and use. Very rare purple eyes stare out underneath very average eyebrows, and a face rougher and more weathered than expected hides underneath his cowl and cloak. He is shorter, but he shows some wide-shouldered attributes, built more like a stout warrior than a reader. He is, however, lean and wiry, rather than bulky, heavily muscled, or fat. He also has a beard, not too long but fairly thick, like the rest of his hair.
Weapons: Armed with naught but three daggers (One in boot, one in a small sling around his left wrist, hugging the bottom of it, and another in the right wrist), and a very unusual leafblade sword from Greece. Sorry- one primary melee weapon. Db: 5 on him; more on the ship he came in on, and he owns (Irrelevant; he will not be returning to that ship)
Skills: Adept in running and in quite a few practical areas of knowledge, including strategy and ciphers. Fair with a sword and even better with a dagger, with a quick tongue that can get him in trouble, and out of it.
Have they ever been out to sea? Yup. Quite a few seas, actually.
If so, how long ago? He sailed to Bastion. He's also sailed all across the Atlantic-American coast, and the Atlantic-Europe coast, as well as the Atlantic-African coast. Also various other water masses, like the Red Sea.
What does your character do to get cash? Sell books, sell information, teach, loot from someone who unsuccessfully tried to mug him.
Have they had run ins with the law? Nope.
Favorite haunt? Nope.
Why are they in Bastion? It's the center of the rich culture of pirates- their slang, their symbols, their suspicions and general beliefs. A goldmine in terms of unique cultural thingies. He wants to KNOW THINGS

Year of Education: 11th grade, plus dual-credit at-home courses during the summer, and dual-credit college classes.
Favourite Subject: Science or English, he won't choose which one specifically. Says he loves writing, but he also loves new interesting things, like Quantum physics.

He's one of the top five in his class, and the most quiet, introverted of them all. He grew up in a different state, one that no one really seems to know which, exactly, and all the teachers honor his parents' requests for privacy.
Significant Relationships with any other Characters: "No one cares enough to try and get me to talk, so why bother?" He has two puppies though, if they count- a Corgi and a German Shepherd.
The Warlord- or head honcho- of the Marshes on his continent. The Age of Blades
Kaziden Ceceryan "He who strikes first is he who strikes the killing blow."
Full name: Kaziden Valerian Ceceryan of the Gray Marsh Clan of Hesh Titles: Gray Marsh Warleader, Heshan Warlord, Sir Gray Ceceryan Aliases: "Kaz" by friends- "Gray" to majority- "Velnias" to him in armor. Social rank: Natively he is the Warlord or Warleader, but in this country he is a Nobleman turned Knight Job or societal position: Diplomat, Spy Age: 30 Gender: Male
Big man, standing at 6'7, weighing over 300lbs, more so because of his armor. Built like a mountain, black/brown beard and hair, thick, with tanned skin from years in harsh weather and in the sun. He's got the symbol for his clan marked into his left cheek, right under his eye, and his armor (which he wears everywhere) is from the best smiths in his country, shaped after the great hunters of his less-than-hospitable homeland. Had he not worn armor as heavy as it most of his life, and trained in it for countless hours, then it would weigh heavily- as it is, it still slows him some.
Kaz can be blunt at some times, uncomfortably straightforward about sensitive matters. He has very little head or patience for real politics, though he is likely to be more clever than people would initially think. Despite his people being prideful, and hot-headed because of it- he knows how to contain his temper and to use a different set of expression for different occasions. He's not likely to lie, though he can be very evasive. He's honest and evasive at the same time- he can slip around any topic, and yet if he gives you a compliment, he's likely to be underestimating. He also knows when to let anger show, and when not to.
Growing up on the continent of Hesh, unknowingly connected to Borhilon through a sort of land-bridge in the far North, he found himself part of an esteemed group- the Gray Marsh Kifzo. From an early childhood he was raised to be a warrior, and there was one thing that fueled his training more than anything- the mutual hate for his brother, who, when they were children before they had seen even ten years, his brother killed his mother. His brother was more vicious and aggressive than him- he always won the fights, always beat him up, always had his father's favor, while his mother favored him and sheltered him when he was hurt or when his father was in a rage. When his mother died, he didn't understand that it was, for the most part, an accident- instead, he blamed his brother for the loss.
His brother went into shock, and when he emerged, he was withdrawn, amnesiac, not even remembering he had a mother. He became softer than Kaz, became weaker, while Kaz's anger drove him into Kifzo training to beat his brother forever. Kaz grew even more vicious than his brother, eventually going so far as to break his arm, take his bow, and put an arrow in his knee, forever crippling him. An arrow to the knee is the worst punishment for a Kifzo, because before Kaz came to age, the continent of Hesh never used metal armor, crossbows, or more advanced medicines. They were somewhat nomadic, always fighting, and the only honor they could have comes from battle.
When Gray Marsh decided to launch a campaign against the other dozen clans, the White Tundra Clan wasn't part of the original plans- they lived on the ice, away from everyone else, with land that was nearly worthless. Years later, after the Gray Marsh Conquest they decided that the White Tundra Clan would no longer remain independent. The one and only battle the White Tundra put up ended quickly in the Gray Marsh's favor, and when investigating what all they knew, they found that there more land- uncharted, unexplored, but White Tundra said there were signs of more advanced, powerful people across.
It was then that Kaz, a renowned warrior and the leader of the many battles that brought Gray Marsh much honor and prosperity, volunteered and ordered armor similar to what the White Tundra had seen. Originally, he had only worn less decorative metal armor, one of the few sets in his entire country. Once seeing what the Tundra people had, he ordered something more showy, more unique. Something that, if he had to fight, would mark him as someone distinct, someone dangerous.
And then he set out on horseback with a dozen men, to travel the ice wastes and reach this foreign land, whether for alliance or for conquest, all depending on his time spent with the foreign people.
Strategy, Close Combat, a little politics, hunting, and construction/architecture. He's a warrior through and through, and will do everything from felling a warrior, to felling a city.
Dreams of a time when war is of no need, where battles are not over land or disagreements, but to prove oneself, and not facing death for failure. Also terribly fears housecats, and falling snow on an overcast-y day, and for snakes of pretty much any kind.
The Gray Velnias Armor, or Gray Demon Armor, which is what he wears day in and day out. Prefers his Gray Shield- a wooden shield with gray leather pulled over it, bolted by steel and edged by steel, with a steel boss painted a light green. In addition, he has a unique hand-and-a-half longsword that's a bit larger than the standard longsword, complimenting his unusually great strength to increase his reach. When going into a battle of some kind, he also carries a greatsword- a two-handed really big sword- in a great scabbard on his back. In addition to the two swords and shield, he has a saxe (really big knife) and six throwing knives, with the saxe opposite of his longsword, allowing for double-blade combat, and the throwing knives in various hidden pockets throughout his armor.
He doesn't really have an insignia- if he stays in the country for a while, then he might write one up for himself and Gray Marsh, but really, he's just gray and light green. Also has a stallion bred in the deserts of his country named "Skandalistas," meaning "Kicker" or "Brawler," literally. He's named so for a reason- his name is often shortened to "Skanda."
A "map" with a comparison on where he came from, Hesh.
An "Epic," or person with superpowers, that refuses to be an anime character. He can bring things from alternate universes, including alternate versions of himself! [no current roleplay]
What's up with all the anime? I don't see the appeal of everyone having the exact same faces, besides eye and hair color/shape. Name: Ryan Brunswald Age: 25 Powers: Manipulation of foreign alternate universes (quantum physics, in a way). In other words, he can bring things from other alternate universes. He could make it appear that he's wearing something other than what he is, he could appear like a different person, etc. Unknowingly for him, if he were to die, his power would pull over another version of him that didn't die, so he has a sort-of reincarnation ability. Weapons: A 9mm w/ holster, laser light, and flashlight, both mounted on the bottom/side, a Swiss army knife, and a hunting knife w/ holster.
Bio: Another tragic story- hurrah. But nevertheless- Ryan's earliest memory was when he was a mere five or six years old, when, for whatever reason, his house was on fire. Police thought it was because someone left something in the kitchen running on low, rather than being completely turned off, and eventually lit something on fire in the middle of the night. Ryan remembers nothing before the fire, and so he doesn't have anything but his parents' screams and his older sister's wails. After that, he was passed from orphanage to children's home to orphanage, before finally being adopted by a sterile couple who wanted a child, minus the diaper changing and tantrum phase. So five years after losing his family, he gets a new one. He pretends and goes with it, never argues, acts the part of the perfect child, while biding his time to get away from people- in general. He was out of college as soon as possible, and struck out on his own, crossing the 'states to get away from anyone who knew his apparently popular parents, and started to settle down. Then he was caught in an accident- and he was killed in a car crash. He woke up an hour later on the opposite side of town, the memories of the past day fuzzy at best, and was very quickly called a demon by the religious folk, a miracle by other religious folk, and an unexplainable fault in physics- because he was tested for DNA and fingerprints and all that, which turned up exactly the same as his dead body.
Two years on the run, staying out of sight, later, he found himself within what he refers to as "The 'Field," with a bunch of what he calls "Epics"- people with powers like him- and his theory that he wasn't the only person with unexplainable 'powers' proven.
Dreams/Wishes: Ask him and find out. Nightmares: Unlike other "Epics," as he calls them, he has consistent nightmares about [REDACTED!]- always [REDACTED!]. Knowing that he has consistent nightmares about very [REDACTED!] [REDACTED!], he has sense figured that he has a weakness, and that weakness is [REDACTED!] [REDACTED!]. Burning him with a [REDACTED!] would prevent him from reincarnating. Evil, Good, Walking the Line: Neutral/adaptive. If Evil's getting out and beating up the Goods, he'll be Evil. If Good's getting out and suppressing the Evils, then he'll be Good.
Siblings (If Any): None
Pets (If Any): A younger ball python that he decided to buy once, before he was taken into the 'Field.
