Johnny already knows about Howlite's death. That is the last time we heard from Johnny. Technically we have done nothing about him so he is still at the temple XD kind of like The Mayor. Haven't heard from him in awhile but technically we never said either left so they are both still there

Everything is fine. I will just be in a place with no internet and the new software update on my phone doesn't let me access my own celluar data. I will have to wait for a proper update T.T I hope they fix it soon. It is driving me crazy that I can't use the data I have to pay for. I can still use my hotspot so might do that but don't know how fast that will drain my data T.T luckily it should only be three days until internet is back in that area.

@Invisible Man It all depends on what gem you want (the banned list is on the first ooc post). what weapon you want, and if you can stay committed to this roleplay. Too many people have been joining just to drop out really quick. So if you want to join you have to stick with us.

Well, I have been regularly posting in the Phoenix Wing RP since I've first joined this site, does that count for me not wimping out? Oh, and I'm not sure if the gem I'm thinking about is allowed, it isn't in the banned list, but it is inside of the dead list. So, am I allowed to do Talc? Or, am I not? And if Talc is allowed, my weapon would be something interesting, not constrained to the medieval-esque style, but my Talc is mainly just a support type character rather than a fighter.

@Invisible Man Well, the banned list does ban any gems being used and Talc falls under that list as well as all the other dead gems, so sorry but you can't have it. As for your weapon, I will either need a name I can look up and get the general gist of it or a picture so I can see what you have in mind. As for your commitment level (I hope you don't find me weird for this), I pm'ed the GM of the roleplay you just mentioned since I noticed you posted there frequently and he said that you were well committed and informed the group when you would be gone which is exactly what we need. I also stalked your posts in that roleplay and you are definitely NOT going to be one of those people that piss me off with their grammar and short posts so Yay. I think you will do great here.

Let me know what gem and weapon you want before you make a CS that way I can ok it before you put all the work into making it just to have it denied.

Well, aren't there more variations than just one gem in the entire world? I'm sorry for trying to argue against the GM, but I did put a lot of research into this one even before thinking of joining, and I even have a little appearance for him as well. However, if the decision is final, I guess I can come back later with another idea for a gem or not, I don't know, my creativity to create characters comes and goes as it pleases.

Edit: Bleh, if the Co-GM says you can't do it as well, then might as well just drop the subject. I'll try to come back with a new character in mind that will fit with your parameters, OFF TO RESEARCH!

@Invisible Man Well, sure there are variations of gems but they typically go by different names otherwise it's the same gem with a different color scheme. And although it's practically canon that there are multiples of one type of gem, they are very similar and this would cause you to be highly restricted to how your character looked, acted, and what weapon they have. So sadly, it's final, no Talc unless you can provide me with a version of it that hold a different name.

@Invisible Man Hi there, I'm really sorry that Talc is sort of a character that's been taken already, that is 100% my bad because that was my own OC. Rebecca Sugar did indeed state there are more than each of one gem, or at least hinted at it, but for simplicity's sake the GMs wish to not have two of the same. If it helps, Soapstone is mainly composed of Talc and therefore has very similar properties, as does Pyrophyllite, another gem with a very similar properties to Talc, if that helps at all to have a gem similar. If not, you could always come back with a completely different gem. Sorry for ruining your plans. Orz

Ok, wait, wait. I think I can manage with that, I think I can work with it. This is the appearance of my Talc, I had it done awhile ago by some commission person. However, I think I can work with another angle, but I can hope I can keep the appearance, I love it too much. Also, his weapon are those little sphere things coming from his hands.
