Isacc prologue:

(ooc only really result of his human transmutation and his recovery after losing memories and an arm)

A battered an beaten young man sits with a large magic circle before him along with several corpses laying inside the circle this boy is an alchemist about to learn the truth...

Once I'm done with this I can get stronger and kill that bastard why would he destroy an entire village... well here goes nothing!!!!

with that he slammed his hands down on the circle though result wasn't the one he had hoped instead he could see the body's deforming and becoming terrifying then shadowy arms began to come out the circle soon a giant eye opened and the boy could feel his body being torn apart...

W-what no why..this shouldn't happen..

Then when he thought it was all over he found himself in a white void with nothing but a large stone door before him...just then a voice started to talk.

Oh? what are you giving up I wonder?

Shocked the boy turned around to see a white human shaped creature facing him...

w-what are you...?

Oh me hmm let's see some call me god, the world or the universe but if you prefer I'm in a way you aswell.

after saying that the gate behind the boy opened and swallowed him in showing him a large amount of knowledge almost everything of the world...he then found himself back in the white space with the being...

What was that my head feels like it's going to burst from knowledge

with that the boy lost an arm and all memory of his village rather confused he began to travel soon collapsing in a villages cemetery...

6 years later

Whew that should be enough studying for one day...let's see tomorrow I go to central to attempt to become a state alchemist hopefully it goes good...nah why am I worried I mean I know a 14 year old who became one I have no worries. Should go say goodbye to everyone in the village before I leave...

He then proceeded to say goodbye to everyone in the village seeing as they treated him so well..He decided before he'd leave he should go to the spot they found him one last time.

Feels weird being were I nearly died...I'm gonna miss this village at least I can visit when ever my arm needs a fix...though I probably should avoid breaking it...*shivers*.

The young man then proceeded to central to take his test thankfully doing very well at least in his opinion...He then proceeded to meet with the person telling him his results.

Hey there you must be Isacc Ignis correct?

Isacc a little surprised by such a laid back sounding response quickly said his name.

You look tense soften up ok? anyway your in your officially a state alchemist congrats oh and your code name is Spark Blade alchemist.

Oh I was a little worried there thank you sir.

No need to be so formal anyway...want to hear about my wife and daughter?

Isacc rather surprised reluctantly listened to the man talk about his wife and daughter for what seemed like hours..before finally getting out..he finally reached his goal but wasn't really sure what to do next so though a little and decided he'd use inspiration from another alchemist.

I guess I could look for the philosophers stone? Yeah I'll do that.

(OOC: FYI not posting Isacc's current stuff until I actually start up the first act so he's gonna be silent until everyone finishes their introduction to the story)

ARC 1: Terrorism,Religion their all the same right?

Hello welcome to the first arc alot of you may be familiar with a city called Liore well unfortenutly it's the first arc so try to make things interesting eh?

Rumours lately have been told about a somewhat odd religion one where any wish you want can be granted with the churches leader performing miraculous actions very similar to alchemy but there's no proof to back it up so many interested are heading to see what the fuss is all about. Is it real is it fake? nobody knows all that is known for certain is something is fishy in the small city of liore.

Things to expect:

1: Father Cornello (unoriginal yeah but a good starting minor antagonist in my opinion)
2. Riots (expect being attacked by his followers)
3. Chimera's (there wont just be one chimera this time around)
4. everyone's characters meeting

OK let's start!

On a cold wet morning a train arrives at Liore...It's oddly quite all that can be heard is the sound of rain against the ground as if everyone is gathering somewhere the church perhaps? the train finally comes to a screeching halt after a few minutes the passengers begin to dismount ready to enter the quite city.

It was not his hair nor his eyes that made this man stand out. It was his two swords hanging high above his back. Whenever he got close to anyone, their first reaction was to run away from this man, which they usually did. The man believed he had it all, Money, Eternal Life, Comrades. Yet he wanted much, much more. This man's name was Greed, but his subordinates called him Kono. Greed had a thing about him that made people want to back away even more, his killing intent.

"These people, heh, I love how the Three Stooges play with them, Hell they even gave that Priest a Philosophers Stone.... That could've been used for something useful, not that I care anyways."

A girl and a tall man were straggling behind him. They both had, how should you call it? Unique Physical Features. The man catched up to Greed.

"Kono, that State Alchemist, the Amestrian is here.. He's arriving on that train.."

"Ah, Yes, Lets see how he fares against the three stooges..."

With that the small gang disappeared into the city. They quickly arrived at the train station hidden with the masses, awaiting the arrival of the train.

When the train stopped Isacc hopped off the train a pulled out his pocket watch to check the time.

Huh only 8am...I think I'll get breakfast then gather info on this Cornello...

Isacc began to walk towards what looked like a small outdoor restaurant with just a man cleaning some stuff with a small somewhat crappy radio. Isacc then sat down took off his jacket and layed it on the counter in front of him. He then decided he might aswell order something to eat. He soon got a bowl of soup and slowly started eating thankfully the weather began to clear up aswell and people began to start walking around talking and making all sorts of noise. Isacc decided he'd start his search at the church so he asked for directions from the man at the restaurant and began to head towards the church.

Normally he'd have a partner when investigating something like this but he was assured there would be lots of others investigating. He was told the Elric brothers were heading to Liore aswell though Isacc rarely encounters the two even when in the same city so he doubted he'd see the two this time either.

(ooc I will reference Ed and Al actually alot if the event is in a related area or time when those two were doing something)

John stepped off the train, suitcase in hand. What am I even doing here? he thought to himself. He WAS on his way to a mining city to see if they had the capability of producing Uranium for his group's experiment. Then he got a call from Central ordering him to detour here. This city didn't even have a mine, so why would they send him here? Were they thinking of building one?

Until he could call and ask about it, he was going to have to wonder. He checked his watch. 8AM. Well, he might as well find a hotel and put his suitcase away.

The air was heavy and it burned away the insides like a flame caught in one's throat and eyes. A tall figure wearing a gas mask and a long coat stood above the bodies of innocent people whose's only crime was existing. The figure looked at the bloody and blistered body of a young white haired child, he must've died screaming and crying moments before the gas burned away his insides. The figure walked again seeing piles upon piles of bodies both young and old, all died painfully and all by the figure's hand. The figure couldn't hold back tears any more, but the mask hid his pain from the world.

This was not a nightmare. It was a memory, a memory of his biggest regret.

Crowley gasped as he grasped for his mask. He grabbed nothing but thin air, the man was a mess to say the least. His eyes were bloodshot and his hair was knotted as well as greasy, he looked hungry and thirsty. Crowley has been a vagabond ever since the ishvalen war, after the war he was to be a war hero for his part in the senseless murders of innocent, once he destroyed how to recreate his infamous mustard gas transmutation circle he was marked as a war criminal for destroying a valuable resource, a valuable and deadly resource. And ever since then he has been on the run from the military to not be executed for his crimes, he would be willing if it was by the hands of the ishvalen he has killed but no, he was to be killed by the people who has commanded him to kill children in cold blood.

Crowley sighed and he left the shady alley into the bright desert city of Liore. This will be a long day he could tell already with the sun beating at him.

Hmm..looks like every piece is in place...let's begin.

A group of 3 strange people and a few chimera's began to move around the city each to a different location...one a rather portly bald man with a massive appetite another a rather androgynous man with envious eye's and the third a rather attractive woman with long black hair they also had a few chimera with them but not normal chimera ones with the appearance of a normal human but the strength of different beasts.

The woman decided she'd head after greed with three chimera a goat man,wolf man and a lizard man their goal was simple disable and capture greed. The fat bald man quickly came across a rather revolting sent though the danger made him salivate and become rather hungry so he quickly began to head to the sent. The last man with the powers to disguise his appearance went towards Isacc disguised as the famous Edward Elric in hopes of tricking Isacc into him being an ally.

Lastly seven chimera decided they'd pay the mechanical alchemist a little visit though being stealthy about it only planning to attack when he least expects it.
