Name: Jared Seger
Age: 20
Race: Mutant
Appearance:
Powers: Technopathy/technokinesis (can sense the flow of electrons and other energy, can move electronic devices by manipulating the physical energy in them (limited to about 100 grams), and can "fuse" components together to create a permanent connection)
Abilities: Hacking, programming, some martial arts (from watching movies and tv shows and practicing, mostly dodging)
Tech: Semi-functional Ironman suit (flight is still damaged, and it lacks the processing power for higher-end maneuvers and actions), arc reactor (homemade, powers his hideout), 2 hologram projectors (like the danger room at Xavier's school, used to hide the entrances to his hideout, can project solid surfaces, but takes more power), various computers and equipment, unfinished particle accelerator (for making Stark's synthetic fuel, which Jarvis insists on calling Starkium), two partially depleted palladium fuel sticks (the better one is in Jarvis, the worse one is in the Arc reactor for the base), hand repulsor powered by Lithium Ion batteries (straps to his chest and arm so that he can fight when going out for salvage)
Personality: He's obsessed with tech, and convinced that it can protect him from the Sentinels. He's willing to help those in need, but he isn't willing to let people just use him, as that would risk the lives of everyone involved. If you want to join him, that's fine, but you need to help out too.
Bio: A student at Xavier's academy, he studied everything he could, hoping to one day surpass Tony Stark as the greatest scientist in the world. When the Sentinel's attacked the school, though, he fled through the escape tunnels. Though that bought them time, eventually the Sentinels found the group while they were in New York City and grabbed most of the others. He fled into the subway tunnels, which hid his mutant signature from them. Eventually he found a dry reservoir that was connected to the tunnels and stayed there, only going into the tunnels when he needed to steal for supplies.
Eventually the tunnels collapsed from the fighting, leaving only two ways into his area. By this time the sentinels had started rounding up non-mutants and other empowered people, so he was weary of going onto the surface to gather supplies. He made a few trips to Stark tower to gather what advanced tech he could find, and on one of these trips found the remains of a mostly intact Iron Man suit. He gathered what he needed from a local electronics store and went back into the tunnels, this time hiding the entrances behind holo-projectors so that no one could find him.
He did what he could to fix the suit, and, to his surprise, even managed to find a backup copy of Jarvis in the wreckage of Stark tower, which he uploaded to the suit so that he could have some help with his work. He now only salvages within the hidden area, pulling what he needs from what tech was trapped down here with him. His food is even grown down here in hydroponic beds he built from salvage.
