Nikaru stood up and walked to his owner's feet and pawed them with his one "normal" front paw. His left leg, his right ear and hind leg were robotic; and his paws had razor sharp toes.

I sighed and padded to the nearest window and jumped on the frame. I gazed out for a few moments, my tail thumping beside me.
Soon enough, two cats padded by the house. They looked... strange. Both of them had silver crowns floating above their left ear. The bigger one's was elegant: the base color was a shining silver and was embroidered with purple jewels. The smaller one's was a simple silver and was cracked.
