It's been a month since the Battle for D6 ended with a Rangers victory with the help of the Dark Ones. The Red Line had started to weaken after this event and the Fourth Reich had flex his muscles and start expanding including its fascist ideology. Meanwhile, a mythical state called "Emerald City" became a controversial issue throughout the metro. Many factions in the Metro starts to compete with each other to find this mythical state.

Two people who are unaffiliated experienced stalkers vowed to find the mythical state by themselves but this would be a risky journey.
