Background It has been 5 years since The Shadows won the Galactik Football cup. Sinedd, being manipulated by Blaylock, inserted a meta-flux weapon into a cup after the finals, wiping out all the fluxes in the galaxy. This ended the sport of Galactik Football, and started a war between planets. The war raged on for a few years, costing the lives of lots of former players and innocent people. The war raged on about 4 year before the Flux Society made an announcement: traces of the flux have returned! Out of fear for the power of the flux, global peace once again returned. This bring us to today. The flux has yet to appear in any person, but there is still hope. New teams are emerging all around the galaxy, ready for the next Galactik Football Cup, which starts in 1 year. Do these new teams have it in them to awaken the flux? Who will be victorious, who will be the loser? That and more, in Galactik Football - A New World.
All over the galaxy, new teams are being forced. You can either start one or join one, depending on your preferences. Those team will enter qualifying matches, as only one per planet can enter the galactic football cup.
1. General rules of this forum. 2. Common sense, some things don't need explanation. 3. Main focus is 13+, but some 16+ stuff could happen. 4. No Godmodding. There are some exceptions, but I will contact you in pm/ooc if godmodding is allowed for the situation. 5. I will handle important matches with dicerolls, both sides are allowed actions. Will go into more details later. 6. You can have as many characters as you want, but don't take too much characters if you can't handle it. 7. This list can always expand.
I will handle important matches with dice rolls. Goals actually making it, etc. The matches will be a collab post, using pm involving the ones in the match and including me. This is to make the matches fair, they will still be roleplayed for the rest. You can choose to opt out of this system for other matches.
One of the places one can spend GalactikEuros. One can place bets on a player, or participate by putting money, and their career and potentially life on the line. The game is hosted in multiple tournaments locations, and is in a grey zone. It isn't illegal, but it isn't legal either. Use of Flux is allowed in Netherball. The rules are simple: First to score 4 goals wins, and thats the only rule. Kicking, hitting, slamming... Everything is allowed. You aren't allowed to use your hands to touch the ball, though. Your opponent is decided by dice roll, the higher the dice result, the harder the opponent.

Leave empty if you want to keep your team open. Will fill with NPCs if needed, but atleast 1 player is usually needed for a team to exist. Flux: The Smog. Abilities of the smog: Improving strength, speed and agility. Teleportating over short distances, with the ball included. This is done by opening something resembling a red wormhole with the player and the ball phasing through it. To the other people watching this, it seems like the Shadows player vanishes completely and then reappears elsewhere. Intercepting the opponent with the ball during the teleportation. Temporarily blinding opposing players. Can be used as a shield against other Fluxes. Possible consequences for human players using this flux: The Smog may cause sickness to non-native players, as has happened to Aarch, Artegor Nexus & Sinedd. It may also elicid effects simmilar to withdrawal symptoms in a period of time when non-native players decide to cease it's influence. Curing the effects of the Smog needs much time. It is an extremely intricate process. Dame Simbai is one of the people who can cure this sickness, helping Aarch on the planet Wambas and Artegor Nexus on the Genesis Stadium.
Symptoms of the Smog Illness are fever, excessive sweating and severe muscle weakness. The effects of the illness are worse if the ill individual spent a lot of time using the Smog, such as Artegor.
