Actually, no. I used to have stage fright, but I overcame that. Despite that, however, I still cannot speak clearly when giving speeches, presentations, etc.

Giving the speech isn't something you can work on, really. The speeches themselves are easy, even if presenting them isn't. Also, tip I'm found, before you start talking, look everyone in the eye for half a second each, then just roam the room with your eyes instead of making eye contact. So long as you keep at least three people in your vision as you do, nobody will be able to tell that you aren't making eye contact. So if that's part of the problem. Otherwise idk.
