Personality: Matt is cocky, and self assured, and his superior fighting skills have given him no reason to think otherwise. He is also quite selfish, only pursuing goals if he can see a benefit for himself. Also despises authority, which has gotten him into plenty of fights in the criminal underground.

Bio: Matt Marcus was a typical punk in Rage City driving around on his scrambler motorcycle commiting petty crime for cheap thrills until he accidentally crashed his bike into the Police Vehicle of Detective Blaze Fielding who had since rejoined the force since the events of Streets of Rage and became a detective, although she was in her early 40s, she was still a master fighter and not only caught up to the young punk but beat him quite handily in a street fight, warning him to change his ways or she would be back to arrest him.

This had a strange effect on Matt, he didn't reform from criminal lifestyle but became a lot more shrewd and disciplined, turning his focus on to the illegal street racing scene as apposed to handbag snatching. And never wanting to get beat so badly in a fight ever again, started training his body for comabat, teaching himself a wild but effecting version of karate with the help of his local (corrupt) Dojo.

Now an infamous street racing demon, he seeks to take the 'final stand' as his opportunity to rid the streets of the more powerful gangs and criminal organisations so, he can continue to expand his racing circuit without any interference.

Fighting Style: Freestyle and Hybrid Boxing: Hybrid boxing is a combination of Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Taichi, and Dirty fighting but solely revolve around the use of your arms. the style includes leg moves but mostly in defending and supplementary for dirty fighting. So...he can use grabs, slams and take downs, elbow shots, open hand moves for defense and evasion and use cheating moves like eye gouging and throat punches and etc. He created this style to give him better chance at winning fights and to have an effective way to counter other styles.

Other Skills: lock picking, parkour, basic weapon usage: weapons I'm talking about are things you find on the street like lead pipes and such.

Personality: Fearless, hotblooded, and a bit arrogant, Dante never backs down from a challenge. He loves a good fight if it's worth his time....and even if it is not, he'll make it entertaining. He's a bit of a show off as he used to have homeboys of his video tape his street fights and knockout he causes so that he can put it on a broadcasting website. He can work with others but he usually want to be the spot light in the team as he loves to have and gain a greater reputation. He's not above admitting someone having skill or needing help if a time calls for it but he tries not to put himself in that situation. All in all he's someone that would be a great asset to the team, that's if you can tolerate his attitude.

Bio: Dante was really young back when Axel and his partners first fought Mr. X's crime syndicate. when he heard about the events, that inspired him to want to fight. He even witnessed some fighting the following year which was the events when Eddie got involved in the fights to get his brother back. Ever since then, Dante practiced Boxing and through the years, fought kids in his school who were bullying others. later down the line he got into street fighting to make a little money hear and there. After years of honing his skills and adding to his new hybrid style, Dante encountered a situation where he fought a guy from one of the new gangs in the city and defeated him as his homeboys recorded it. Because of the embarrassing loss and the humiliation of having the public eye witness his ass whooping, the guy found out where Dante's mother lived, beat and raped her, leaving her laid out on the living room floor for dead. Because of this, and the increasing problems and acts these gangs cause in his hood, Dante is now on a personal quest to payback the bastards that harmed his mother and to make sure nothing like this ever happens again. Fighting Style: A decent bit of jiu-jitsu and judo training, but the majority of Mike's fighting involves professional wrestling taught to him by his teacher and mentor Max Thunder. While he uses a variety of his teacher's strong style wrestling, Mike has a selection of moves from his time in Mexico wrestling in the lucha libre style.
Other Skills: Fluent in Japanese, acrobatic and has a small history practicing free running, has a knack for making just about anything into a weapon.
Personality: Mike believes in himself almost to a fault, he sees himself as the greatest pro wrestler in the world and has yet to be proven wrong in his mind. Though he is a good guy, at least he tries to be, his ego can rub people the wrong way. Mike has tasted the good life wrestling at the highest profile so he might have his standards a bit too high for whats to come.
Bio: As much as Mike would love for his story to be about surviving on the hard streets, learning to be street smart as he fought his way through all comers. The truth was though Mike's childhood is actually kind of boring. He grew up in the small city of Buttehaven, a suburbs of sorts to Rage City. His family was blue collar to a tee. His father worked at the docks in his hometown while his mom was a stay at home. While Mike was popular and liked in school, he was miserable as he felt like Buttehaven was a dead end, and moving to Rage City was a gamble to put it nicely.

It all changed when Mike was in school during career day, one of the people who came to the school was former pro wrestler Max Thunder. He came to advertise his wrestling academy 'Reign of Pain Academy'. Most of the students ignored him but Mike became enamored by the idea, especially when Max took him to a pro wrestling show. It became the moment Mike saw exactly what he wanted to do. A figure larger than life, with a stadium stuffed to the brim with people calling your name.

Mike went through everything Max Thunder's training called for. When Mike graduated he took up the nickname "Maximum Destruction" in honor of his tutor, and began traveling to hone his craft. From hardcore wrestling in Philly, lucha libre in Mexico, and technical wrestling in Germany, Mike Hardwick was picked up finally by World Japan Wrestling Championship when he turned 21. Mike quickly rose the ranks and became a fan favorite despite being American. Life was grand, Mike was experiencing the good life he always wanted. It all came to a head when the owner of the company told Mike he was getting a shot at the WJWC World Championship. He called Max Thunder, and asked if Max would manage him for the big match. After wiping the tear of joy from his eye Max happily accepted.

That was the last time Mike ever spoke to Max.

Max was shot down shortly after Axel's murdering. Leaving Mike completely gob struck and frustrated at a lack of answers as too why. Rage City police were extremely uncooperative, leaving Mike feeling helpless until Missy Stone's message got to him. Mike had his championship match rescheduled to everyone's shock, and took the first plane out to Rage City. He wanted answers, and he was getting them.

Fighting Style: Self-taught Mixed Martial Arts, usually following the style you see in UFC or cage matches, however his true skill lies in the boxing art. Jabs, hooks and uppercuts is where Kai excels at. However, he is almost always seen using his roller skates, which gives him incredible (yet sometimes unstable in situations) mobility on the streets. Wheels hurt man...

Other Skills: Kai is actually really good in parkour-like movements, as well as being kind of skilled on roller blades, which helps him out getting to and from places.

Personality: Kai is incredibly outgoing and friendly with a deep, deep hatred for bullies. He's funny and caring and above all loyal to friends and allies but if you mess with a friend, you've messed with him, and that's when he can completely switch. He's very serious in fighting situations and can get extremely reckless when a friend has been hurt. Kai is essentially a loyal dog with a lion deep inside that comes out when you've hurt the pride. His hobbies include training and roller blading on the streets.

Bio: Kai has had a history with bullies, and it's mostly him getting involved with someone bullying another person. Since 8, Kai has recklessly got in the way of the school bully, usually ending in either one of them landing on their backside. It wasn't his fault people were assholes. However, Kai usually drifts between groups and doesn't really try to fit into a mould, because if he did that he couldn't be friends with everyone he wanted to be. When growing up, the bullies got bigger and bigger, and so did his mindset on learning how to actually fight. Kai's father was very big into UFC and World Championship Boxing, and Kai has fond memories cheering in front of the TV set with his Dad as a world class fighter slugged his way against another world class fighter. It was also a way of examining the fight. Kai got hold of clips from the internet and videos, and copied all of the moves over and over again, countless nights in a row. He also found a training regime at about 16, to condition and mould his body even more so he could become a fighter. And now that the streets are becoming known as the Streets of Rage once more, and a mystery letter from one Missy Stone, Kai finally buckled on his skates and is ready to set out against the criminals. In a way, they're bullying the city, and Kai despises bullies.

Fighting Style: Elite Commando Sambo: Sambo has roots in Japanese judo, international styles of wrestling, plus traditional folk styles of wrestling. However unlike normal Sambo, the ECS has been updated to incorporate parts of the Krav Maga fighting style, more so towards the use of reverse weaponry, while the Sambo retains it locking techniques and the use of compact body power.

Val's own personal mix on this style is a little more aggressive since she often actively engages the enemy by the use of weaponry such as tonfas. As they say all fair in love and war and Val wont show mercy or pull punches to the ill equipped as she will gladly use a stowed away flash grenade to give her a opening to batter her opponent senseless before the sensations end.

Personality: Val is loyal to a fault and seems to take great joy when given a mission she must complete, more so when it includes a fight, which even lead her butting heads with Missy Stone. She is extremely cunning and can judge peoples ability fairly well, but until proven to her otherwise she sees everyone as 'pray' and is the very reason that she works for Missy Stone now, since she respects the women too much to say no. Even though she seems to enjoy fighting a little too much, even to a point where she gains a rather frightening expression, this by no means she is a monster without a heart, it is just hard to see as she is very protective, especially towards younger people. She also has a soft side and is weak to girlish flattery such as 'cute', but thankfully given how the city is she rarely has to deal with such things.

Bio: Born into the military family of Angelvolk the girl knew what it meant to be a solider before she had even lost her first set of teeth, but even as she grew up into a fine young women and pushed into service she felt something was missing... It was when on holiday to this very city when she discovered what it was, she was no solider like her mother wanted her to be, no she was a warrior that lived and breathed the thrill of the fight. No more war zones battled across vast distances, she would become a mercenary and fight up close and personal! Tho disapproving of her daughters choices her mother told her that she only had a year to enjoy such a freedom, and so she did. Being employed by a high ranking business man, who happened to run several of the larger gangs in the city she was able to enjoy herself to the fullest...

Until she came. Missy Stone was to be her rival on that night, high in the construction of a new skyscraper and she ended up loosing in what she saw as a wonderful battle, yet it taught her much. Leaving the employ of the man after his defeat at the groups hands she returned to the military to retain and mature, and now she has once again been called by that very same women that changed her life to return once again to the Streets of Rage... "Well.. So be it~"

Name: Finn "Iron Knuckles" Macbride

Fighting Style: he is very disciplined in the three Irish martial arts Dornálaíocht, Coraíocht and Batadóireacht. Dornálaíocht is a form of boxing, Coraíocht is a style of wrestling and Batadóireacht relies on kicking techniques. Irish boxing uses bare knuckle style and doesn't utilize a glove. Coraíocht is referred to as Celtic wrestling and features a wide array of trips, mares, takedowns, slams, pins, advancements, submissions, grapevines, and escapes. The most quoted "modern" way of describing the philosophy behind Coraíocht is "use balance and speed to obtain position so that strength can then be applied to the leverage created". Batadóireacht utilized kicks to the shin as well as using the shin to attack an enemy. Finally he is incredibly skilled in the art of stick fighting with a Shillelagh club.

Other Skills: very athletic, good eyes, very perceptive, great driver and skilled city explorer.

Personality: Finn is a very lawful individual and has great respect for the authorities of this great nation, but with the corruption and fall of Rage City Finn has decided that it was time to take things into his own hands and take it to the horrible criminal element of his home city. He is willing fight with all that he's got to save his city from the horrors of crime and corruption. Finn is determined in his goal no matter how many schools he has to break in order to liberate Rage City from its terrible fate.

You don't want to piss him or he will give you a taste of what he likes to call the Celtic Fury and try to beat the ever loving shit out of you. He will not back away from a necessary fight and even though he has drive to constantly improve himself Finn will try to chose his fights carefully and will not show off all of his strnegth unless necessary. He firmly believes that a truly smart fighter keeps his capabilities unknown to all enemies. He's also a religious man and views his fighting as crusade against evil

Bio: Finn was the son of Irish American Shamus Mcbride who was one of Rage City's finest police officers and did whatever he could to help the city against the infectious criminal element. His dad taught him the necessities of just authority and not misusing power. Finn's childhood was good, but there was always the shadow of the city's problems not too far behind since his family was middle class and lived close to some of the worse parts of the city.

Ever since he was boy Finn wanted to learn how fight in case he needed to protect himself or those that he cared about. His dad preferred him to focus on his education and not get involved in the dirty business of fighting, but Finn told his dad that it was just for self defense purposes. His dad allowed it and had him taught by his best friend who was a champion in Irish martial arts. Finn was glad to be learning the ways of combat of the Irish people.

With his new skills he defended kids from bullies at his school and had gotten into trouble over his fights with them, but he always told his parents that his choice of fighting were just. Things were fine until the horrible day that his father became crippled. His father had been investigating possible corruption in Rage City's police department and before he could acquire any evidence against those involved, he was shot during an arrest that went wrong.

The bullet went through his spine and he lost the ability walk. Now bound to a wheelchair for the rest of his life, Shamus quit the force and had to retire. Finn was sure that his father's crippling was not just a horrible coincidence and that it was intentional to get him off of the corruption investigation. Now angry with how worse the city had gotten over the years, Finn was more determined than ever to save the city from its fate, no matter the cost.

Finn in his many fights has gotten the nick name Iron Knuckles and he's ready to dish out some rough justice to those that have poisoned his city.

Personality: Sweet and light hearted, but she can be a determined and fierce fighter as well. She is loyral to a fault and will always try to do what is right by her friends, and family. She can’t help but find herself in dangerous situations because of this.

Bio: Ling Mae Fong moved to Rage City with her Uncle from China ten years before. She has been his translator for years until just recently now that he has picked up on English and can speak it more fluently. She had been having trouble with some local hooligans as of recently who were pushing for money from their Grocery store. After several encounters where they sent them on their way peacefully, they came back and tried to take the money by force only to find that Ling Mae Fong was a well trained user of Wing Chun. After several broken ribs, busted noses, and hurt prides they limped from the grocery store.

Several weeks later they came back while Ling was away from the store, and shot her Uncle stealing all their money. She tried to hunt them down, but came up empty handed. Soon the Grocery store was going under and being bought out from under her. One night while she was sleeping in her room above the store she smelled smoke, and when she looked out the window she saw several men ride away on Motorcycles and flames coming out of the windows below. Escaping out of the fire escape she watched as everything she knew was turned to ash. With nowhere to go and nowhere to live she was trapped on the streets constantly being harassed by thugs and street crawlers.
